This is where the strongest “cognitive dissonance” happened in my head. How can you be a teacher and a psychologist at the same time?

Even at the university, our teachers repeatedly talked about professionally important personality traits. Somewhere in the subcortex there is information that the psychologist accepts any person without judgment, as he is, with all his difficulties and “cockroaches”, and does not get into the soul of people who did not ask him about it. Are all these qualities suitable for a teacher who is accustomed to immediately assessing all phenomena and events?
