Sometimes life gives us not very pleasant surprises. Finding yourself in a problematic situation from which you see no way out, a person often experiences strong negative experiences. If they are so severe or prolonged that they threaten mental health, then psychological defense mechanisms are activated. This is how our brain prevents the destructive effects of negative emotions.
What is psychological protection?
Psychological defense is an individual’s mechanism of response to some stimulus. Arises unconsciously to real or hidden danger. In this way, the human psyche protects itself from negative internal or external influences.
Each individual has his own psychological defense. True, it may have a weak or pronounced level of intensity. Protective processes protect the human psyche from anxiety, stress, worry, negative and often destructive thoughts.
The term psychological defense mechanism was first coined by the founder of psychoanalysis, Sigmund Freud, in 1894. According to the theory of the famous psychoanalyst, an individual reacts to danger or trouble in two ways. The individual realizes them and retains them in his consciousness or distorts them, thereby protecting his psyche from self-destruction.
Mechanisms protecting the psyche are always unconscious. A person activates them accidentally, often without understanding the meaning of his thoughts and actions. Thanks to psychological defense techniques, reality is distorted or completely denied. Thus, the individual ceases to perceive it as dangerous or exciting. Often a person unconsciously simultaneously uses several psychological defense mechanisms, protecting his psyche from negative influences.
Sometimes protective processes not only mitigate the consequences of stress on the individual’s consciousness, but also cause harm to him. You cannot constantly blame others for your own mistakes, deny the truth, or run away from reality. If the situation is not corrected and problems are constantly ignored, it is impossible to rise to a higher level of development.

Let me start with the fact that psionic weapons are intended to influence the widest possible segments of the population. Of course, I am not considering the case when the special services decided to use a psi emitter to send to the next world some prominent social and political figure of world level, such as Boris Yeltsin. This is a delicate, troublesome, expensive, I would say, elite process. For simpler people, a good old car accident, for example, is much more suitable. So, psi-weapons are a means of controlling the masses, and if so, then the methods of delivering them to, so to speak, the consumer should also be massive. We don’t see towers with antennas similar to those described by the Strugatsky brothers in “The Inhabited Island” being built at every step. This would be immediately noticeable to everyone, and sooner or later the numerous service personnel could very well blurt out something unnecessary, and then goodbye to the whole secret. Yes, I completely forgot one nuance: installing such towers is insanely expensive. And the cost of any project is perhaps the main factor by which modern bourgeoisie (they are also the masters of the world) evaluate its feasibility.
From all of the above, a very simple and logical conclusion follows: most likely, the impact on the population is carried out using the already existing, widespread and extensive infrastructure. This may include: television, mobile communications, the Internet, telephone lines, power lines, possibly even electrical wiring inside buildings.
Of this wonderful list, of course, the most likely source of the encoding signal is television. It is the TV that is a powerful generator of video, audio and electromagnetic signals at the same time. It’s even scary to imagine what an explosive cocktail you can concoct from all this!
Now about methods of protection. Of course, if the psi-processing program in a particular country is put on a broad government footing, it will be difficult to protect yourself from psi-radiation, unless you move to the very outback, away from the benefits of civilization. You can also leave the country and settle somewhere in hot Thailand. However, such radical methods are not acceptable to everyone. What then remains to be done? The answer is obvious: YOU SHOULD REDUCE THE LEVEL OF PSI INFLUENCE AS SIGNIFICANTLY AS POSSIBLE. The most curious thing is that even if you were mistaken and psi-processing is not carried out in your region, still following the rather simple tips given below will only help strengthen your health.
Tip 1. Watch TV as little as possible, especially central state channels. Go back to reading books, magazines and newspapers, replace them with stupid television series and completely propaganda news releases. By the way, the news blocks most likely contain that same malicious psychocode.
Tip 2. If, while watching any TV show or video on the Internet, you experience severe dizziness or an incomprehensible malaise, stop watching immediately, no matter how interesting the topic is. Wash your face with water, or even stick your entire head under the tap, and then go out for some fresh air.
Tip 3. After watching TV and turning off the TV, it will be very useful to unplug the power plug from the socket, but the main thing is to disconnect the antenna cable.
Tip 4. Avoid watching videos that contain continuously flashing or constantly repeating signals and text.
Tip 5. Try to leave areas with strong electromagnetic influence as often and for as long as possible. In other words, as soon as possible, leave the city and go on vacation to the countryside, to the village, fishing, picking mushrooms, etc.
Tip 6. If you have Wi-Fi in your apartment, try to replace it with a cable connection. If this is not possible, then place the router as far as possible from the habitable area, the best option is near the front door.
Tip 7. While sleeping, keep your mobile phone away from the bed, preferably in the next room.
Tip 8. Leave only the bare minimum of electrical appliances in your bedroom, or better yet, none at all. Place the bed so that there is no electrical wiring in the wall next to the headboard. By the way, this was required by the old Soviet, far from stupid, norms.
Tip 9. To protect against electromagnetic and psi radiation, you can use metallized travel blankets. The size of such a blanket is 2.2 x 1.4 meters and costs mere pennies. One blanket can be placed under the mattress, the other inserted into the duvet cover and covered. Together, both blankets form a kind of cocoon, which will significantly reduce the intensity of radiation.
Tip 10. Take water treatments as often as possible: a shower or, better yet, a bath, or even better, swimming in a river, lake, or sea. Water by its nature is a protection against various types of radiation, and besides, it perfectly “washes away” the negative energy you receive.
Tip 11. Take care of your health, especially those activities that help strengthen the immune system and remove radionuclides from the body.
Tip 12. To counteract psi radiation, some try to use all sorts of homemade jammers and demodulators. In my opinion, doing this is not only not advisable, but even harmful. Firstly, you cannot know the exact characteristics of the signal you are trying to jam, so there is a possibility that you will either strengthen it or turn it into an even more harmful one. Secondly, any jammer or demodulator will fill your living space with an additional portion of hard electromagnetic radiation, which will not contribute to your health at all.

Reviews and comments:
Inna 07/02/17 Oleg, thanks for the information, but based on your experience, let me ask if the Gamma 7 device can help as a reflector? I was told that copper plates really help. Thank you in advance.
Oleg Shovkunenko Inna, to be honest, I had never heard of Gamma-7 before, but trying to answer your question, I scoured the Internet. I, as a physicist and a very practical person, was not interested in reviews and advertising, to put it popularly, “temptations.” I looked only at those forums where craftsmen disassemble this miracle of technology and show photographs of its, so to speak, guts. What I saw did not impress me at all and made me think that “Gamma” is a pure scam. Alas, in Russia, if you wish, you can get a wide variety of certificates and certificates for anything, for any nonsense. I apologize if I disappointed you.
Inna 10/23/17 Oleg, thank you for your message. Do you think a Faraday cage will protect against electromagnetic radiation? A special insulating material made of copper and nickel is offered by Aaronia from Germany.

Types of psychological defenses
Psychological protection is aimed at protecting the individual’s consciousness from traumatic and negative experiences that arise due to internal contradictions and an uncomfortable state. By weakening the psyche’s reaction to stimuli, defense mechanisms normalize the individual’s state of mind and regulate his behavioral reactions.
This mental response system protects a person from stress and nervous breakdown. These are a kind of shock absorbers that muffle the destructive effects of pain and suffering. There are several ways of psychological protection. They vary in maturity and may or may not allow the traumatic situation into consciousness. A person resorts to these mechanisms unconsciously. He simply protects his inner world from guilt, shame, anger, anxiety.
Types of psychological protection:
- Crowding out.
A person forgets information that is unpleasant for himself. He tries not to solve problems, but to hide them in the depths of his subconscious as quickly as possible. By repressing traumatic experiences or negative information, an individual protects his psyche from pain, fear and suffering. A person easily forgets events that reduce his self-esteem. Unpleasant moments repressed from consciousness do not disappear without a trace. They influence the state of mind and behavior of the individual. He becomes anxious, fearful, timid, withdrawn. Sometimes repressed information returns. She makes herself known through slips of the tongue and unpleasant dreams.
- Negation.
This mechanism of psychological protection of the individual is usually used if the individual has experienced grief, for example, a loved one has died. The individual, shocked by the misfortune, stubbornly does not believe what happened. The human brain blocks the flow of information that is traumatic to the psyche. The individual perceives reality inadequately. He expects the situation to somehow change for the better, ignoring obvious facts. A person tries to drown out mental pain, however, in the future he will still have to face reality.
- Regression.
An adult returns to a child's model of behavior. In this way he tries to protect himself from various shocks and troubles. Children's age is considered the most comfortable. A person behaves like a child, running away from responsibility, not wanting to solve problems on his own. The form of manifestation of this mechanism of psychological defense of the individual is crying. A person becomes vulnerable, whiny, and unsure of himself. Instead of development, he prefers regression and often chooses a job that does not meet his professional level.
- Substitution.
A person unconsciously switches from a painful topic to a neutral one. He does not simply displace an unpleasant phenomenon from his consciousness, but replaces it with another, more positive one. For example, after the death of a dog, he gets another pet. In another case, an individual who is weak by nature compensates for his anger on an even more helpless object. Suffering over a traumatic event is muffled, but it does not disappear. Sometimes negative memories break through.
- Projection.
In a stressful situation, one of the methods of psychological defense is triggered, in which the individual transfers the blame for what happened, that is, projects it onto another object. In people he notices those shortcomings that he is afraid to admit to himself. The individual projects a feeling of dissatisfaction with himself onto other objects and notices flaws in their appearance, character and behavior. In this way, a person manages to maintain self-control and not lower self-esteem.
- Insulation.
This method of psychological defense allows an individual to isolate himself from a situation that causes him discomfort or a feeling of awkwardness. Isolated from the outside world, a person withdraws into himself. He invents his own reality and stops suffering from the effects of traumatic factors.
- Rationalization.
An individual cannot come to terms with a nuisance or misfortune, so he begins to look for a secret intention in the traumatic event that has occurred. He deliberately distorts reality and justifies the offender. All this is done to drown out the pain due to a situation that does not fit into a person’s worldview. In all troubles, he looks for a rational link. For example, if a woman refuses him, he finds bad traits in her and comes to the conclusion that she is unworthy of him.
- Sublimation.
This method of psychological defense involves transferring your emotions and feelings to other areas of life. A person expresses his desires and views in a socially acceptable way. The individual does not restrain himself in anything, he only presents himself differently. Sexual drives often lend themselves to sublimation. A person sublimates his unfulfilled sexual needs into sports or creativity. This method of protection does not cause any harm to the psyche. Subsequently, it disappears, because the person manages to realize himself. Success gives you confidence in your abilities and attractiveness in the eyes of the other sex.
- Discredit.
If a person is criticized by people who, in his opinion, are unworthy of respect, he can more easily endure insults. This is an excellent self-defense technique that helps you not take other people’s words to heart. By discrediting the offender, you can maintain peace of mind. This method is about protecting one's own dignity.
- Introjection.
A person, in order to protect himself and maintain self-respect, absorbs the views and character traits of other people. In this way, he adapts to a reality that is dangerous to himself and transforms it into an acceptable one. An individual absorbs, like a sponge, those norms of behavior that are accepted in society and do not cause discomfort in other people. He tries not to harm anyone, agrees with everyone, and puts other people's values above his own.
- Catharsis.
The weakening of the psychotraumatic factor occurs due to a change in the value system. A person pays more attention to the suffering of others than his own. Empathizing with the grief of other people, he forgets about his own misfortune. His mind is cleared of negative thoughts.
- Departure from illness.
If an individual cannot come to terms with a critical situation, but he does not have the strength to resist it, he goes into illness. A person justifies his inadequacy by playing the role of a patient. This type of psychological defense is pathological. The individual is diagnosed with symptoms of neurosis.

What is a defense mechanism
The protective mechanism is a lever for preventing mental personality disorders. However, defense mechanisms are dual. On the one hand, they stabilize the inner world of the individual, that is, they establish a person’s relationship with himself, and on the other hand, they can destroy relationships with the outside world.
The purpose of protection is to prevent injury. The goal is to cope with strong negative emotions and maintain the individual's self-esteem. To do this, a restructuring of the system (hierarchy) of values takes place within the individual. These are backup ways for the brain to solve incoming problems. They turn on when the basic normal methods fail, and the problem is not recognized by the person himself.
Methods of psychological protection
If you respond correctly to malicious attacks and problems addressed to you, you can protect your psyche from negative influences. Under the influence of a negative stimulus, it can be difficult for a person to act correctly in a crisis situation. However, there are ways by which an individual is adequately protected from any negativity addressed to him.
Methods of psychological protection:
- "The wind of change".
If a person is constantly insulted, he has to experience negative emotions. The individual’s pulse quickens, blood pressure rises, and their mood deteriorates. You can get rid of negativity towards yourself if you imagine yourself standing opposite the wind. Having immersed yourself in an emotional state filled with personal grievances, you need to imagine how a strong gust of air blows away all the offensive words and painful symptoms. This technique helps to normalize mental balance. Every time a person hears something offensive addressed to him, he will recall from memory the “wind of change” technique, which will instantly sweep away negative emotions.
- "An absurd situation."
If a person sees that someone is intentionally insulting him, he needs to play along with the situation. Exaggerated, twisted and absurd words are perceived comically. The offender in such a situation will look like a clown who behaves like an unintelligent child.
- "Ocean".
In a crisis situation, an individual associates himself with the ocean. This huge body of water is absolutely calm, although thousands of raging rivers flow into it. An emotionally balanced person, on whose head streams of negativity are poured, is like an ocean. He is outwardly calm, although passions are boiling around him.
- "Aquarium".
If a sea of negative words rains down on a person, you need to imagine that he is in an aquarium. You can mentally mute the sound of offensive words. After all, the aquarium does not allow sound to pass through. Although thick glass distorts the appearance of the offender. Through the transparent walls of the aquarium, the opponent’s face is funny and ugly.
Traits and qualities of a psychologically protected personality
In this part of the article, we want to describe the most important, in our opinion, traits and qualities characteristic of a psychologically protected person.
Openness to the world
Many people attribute to a psychologically protected person qualities such as self-centeredness and self-absorption, isolation and introversion, but this is not so. In fact, a psychologically protected person is distinguished by openness to the world and easily interacts with surrounding conditions, including people, is friendly and willing to make contact, which makes her attractive. Such a person does not seek to escape from this world, but, on the contrary, often finds himself in a whirlpool of events.
Determination
Being purposeful, a psychologically protected person knows exactly what he is striving for and what result he wants to achieve. This also includes a competent attitude to time, because he correctly sets priorities, remembers the importance of the main tasks and completes them first. And this also plays an important role in the effectiveness of psychological security, as it serves as a kind of preventive measure against inflated expectations, dissatisfaction and reproaches in his direction.
Self-sufficiency
The basis of the behavior of a psychologically protected person is not the attitude of others towards him, but his own attitude towards himself. Self-sufficiency, reliance on himself and his internal resources, considerations of honor allow him to openly express his position, even if no one agrees with it, defend his point of view, make decisions independently and not depend on anyone.
Positive attitude
Another distinctive feature of a psychologically protected person is the absence of aggressiveness, as a result of which those who communicate with him may not be afraid of attacks in their direction, manipulation and pressure, but can count on good and kind relationships. The energy potential of negative qualities within such a person is transformed into unshakable willpower, strength of character and a desire to develop. And behind kindness and gentleness lies inner strength, which in case of danger can suppress the onslaught of any opponent.
Healthy passion
No difficulties or obstacles can unsettle a psychologically protected person, since he knows how to react to them correctly. Problems and obstacles serve as an incentive for him to achieve new achievements; they awaken in him excitement and a desire to cope with them. Even if something serious comes across on the way, he will simply hide for a while, gain strength and then, with a new fuse, begin to overcome the obstacle or tactfully wait until it is eliminated naturally.
Future-oriented
A secure person understands the value and power of the “now” moment and knows how to live for today, but at the same time he is focused on the future. Having learned from experience and mistakes, acquired a piece of life’s wisdom and coped with various psychological traumas, he is ready for any development of events and knows that “this too shall pass.” Confidence and calm give him the strength to overcome any situation courageously, maintaining his dignity.
Integrity
It is also important that a psychologically protected person never engages in self-examination and does not worry about what others think about him. He is holistic, extremely attentive and reasonable in thoughts and actions. For some time, he, of course, may doubt and experience uncertainty, but after making a decision, he boldly moves forward and does not regret anything.
Self-esteem
Respecting and valuing yourself is one of the main rules of a protected person. Thanks to him and his self-confidence, a special atmosphere is created around him, which is very difficult to break. Those around them feel this and subconsciously adapt to these unique biorhythms, experience pleasure from communicating with this person, and are also charged with energy from him, which has a positive effect on their own state.
Sense of humor
When faced with failures and difficult problems, a psychologically protected person uses another of his secret weapons, which instantly devalues threats and deprives opponents of strength - this is a sense of humor. Humor can be applied to direct participants in communication, to the situation as a whole, and even to oneself. Laughing at yourself is an important personality trait for a secure person and has many benefits. Firstly, it is capable of disarming most aggressors in communication, secondly, it relieves its “owner” of internal pressures and excessive seriousness, thirdly, it serves as a manifestation of vitality, and fourthly, it allows you to find creative ways to solve various problems . Moreover, it is also an indicator of wisdom.
Orderliness of life
A psychologically secure person does not necessarily live according to a schedule, but there is fundamental order, system and precision in his life. Confusion, vanity, confusion and chaos are unacceptable to him. They contradict his entire being and interfere with the achievement of his goals. Therefore, the life of such a person flows in a harmonious rhythm, which not only protects from troubles, but also softens life’s blows and shocks.
Equilibrium
A psychologically protected person is necessarily characterized by balance in thoughts, reactions, actions and deeds, therefore he perceives any threats, ridicule and attacks in his direction through the prism of “clear vision”. A sober look, agreement with oneself, and acceptance of one’s positive and negative qualities helps to see things as they really are. Being in emotional balance is extremely important for such a person, and even if it is not always easy and simple, conscious efforts lead to internal stability and calm.
Perhaps we have said enough about the traits and qualities of a psychologically protected person, but there is one more thing that we have not mentioned - this is image. But this issue deserves a little more attention, so it’s worth talking about it separately.
Image as part of psychological security
A psychologically protected person necessarily thinks about the impression he makes on those with whom he has to interact. This applies to both relatives, friends and people who are neutral, as well as enemies and ill-wishers, either constantly present in one way or another in life, or meeting from time to time - in various life situations. Moreover, the topic of image concerns to a greater extent precisely the last category of people - those who arise in life situationally - with the intersection of interests, divergence of opinions, and so on.
To ensure that there are as few unfriendly people in life as possible, a protected person pays attention to his image, which he creates in the outside world. So, based on the characteristics of his character and temperament, such a person has a choice of several image options that contribute to psychological security:
- the image of an unpredictable person with whom it is better not to mess with, because you can expect anything from him;
- the image of an imperturbable person, whom it is simply impossible to hurt or prick because of his “thick skin” - self-confidence and calmness;
- the image of a modest person who always remains, as it were, in the background, minding his own business, but at the same time behaves confidently;
- the image of a wit who does not mince his words and is able to outshine any bully with his sharp mind and tongue;
- the image of a benevolent and charming person, radiating warmth and pleasant to communicate with, on whom there is simply no desire to put pressure;
- the image of a powerful and authoritative person, to whom it is better not to cling, so as not to get yourself into even greater trouble.
It’s not difficult to guess why image can serve as an excellent protective tool. But you need to choose it only in accordance with the characteristics of your personality, otherwise the behavior will look unnatural. The image must be complemented by a certain manner of speech and behavior in specific situations, a variety of non-verbal signals and other components. Together with the qualities and traits of a psychologically protected person, the image can and should become the foundation of behavior on which interaction with other people will be built.
As for the acquisition of all the qualities that contribute to psychological security, it will not be possible to acquire them overnight, and this must be accepted. They will all come over time, and this will be facilitated by an eventful, varied and interesting life with many difficulties and trials. This is the only way you will be able to strengthen your character, strengthen your spirit and form an unbending inner core.
But even here you need to be careful and attentive. Remember: if the ends of a branch are pressed sharply together, it will break, but if you connect them smoothly, it will withstand the tension. It’s the same here: you shouldn’t rush headlong into all serious things. Simply put, the pressure of your life must be somehow controlled so as not to break down, and the desired qualities must be acquired not only through experience, but also through such things as self-education, self-education, self-discipline and the development of a strong character. Therefore, in conclusion, here are some tips on this topic.
We wish you peace of mind and strength of spirit!
