What should we know about hypnosis to sleep peacefully?

If, after watching enough TV shows, you think that hypnosis is only a magical act of an entertaining nature, then you are deeply mistaken. The method of introducing a person into a state of deep trance, controlled by a specialist, is widely used in psychology and psychiatry; its effectiveness, as well as its potential danger, has been proven by many facts.

Consequences of a hypnosis session

Who needs a hypnosis session and when?

Hypnosis is not prescribed by any doctor (although it may be), but is chosen exclusively by the person suffering from some psychological illness, for example:

  • types of addictions (alcoholism, smoking, drug addiction, gambling addiction);
  • depressive disorder;
  • encephalopathy;
  • sexual disorders;
  • phobias that interfere with leading a normal life;
  • adaptive disorders;
  • panic attacks;
  • suicidal tendencies;
  • neuroses, neurosis-like schizophrenia;
  • disorders associated with digestion and metabolism (bulimia, anorexia, lack of appetite);
  • preparation for a complex operation, recovery after it;
  • somatic and psychosomatic diseases of a non-infectious nature.

. For example, using this method it is impossible to get rid of oncology and other serious pathologies of the body, but it is possible to significantly ease the patient’s life and suffering from unbearable pain through suggestion.

When working against addiction, depression, mental attacks or suicidal behavior, it is imperative to find out the cause of the disease and take measures to eradicate it. Otherwise, the hypnosis session will be ineffective and will lead to relapses, or to the fact that one pathology is transformed into another. For example, with the help of hypnosis, it is quite possible to suggest to an alcoholic that he should not drink alcohol, and he will actually give up this addiction. However, after some time, a person will develop a need for a new form of addiction, for example, gambling addiction.

The dangers of regressive hypnosis and safety precautions

Let's take the ideal situation that you have worked out all the destructive programs on the reading channels from your previous life to the new one! Everything was canceled, everything was restored in a healthy way. The mistakes of other lives do not negatively affect you anymore! However, I consider it advisable, as before, to apply all settings-thought forms, in the old fashioned way, completely to the entire essence, to all incarnations, to all other lives. For safety reasons!

For example, eniologists put settings on their entire essence, both in this life across the entire field of events, across all multidimensional bodies, and across all incarnational mappings, parallel mappings, entirely and completely. An example of such a setting [there are many, I’ll give one] that prohibits destroying the integrity of one’s essence, doing harm, conducting experiments on oneself, etc. Therefore, all the settings that need to be set on the entire essence, incl. for other incarnations, we mark as before [reasonable safety precautions]!

Undesirable effects of hypnosis

If a hypnosis session is conducted by an incompetent therapist, undesirable consequences may occur. Let's look at the complications that occur most often in more detail.

Hypnophobia

Such consequences are detected already during the session. The client experiences an obsessive fear of hypnosis; accordingly, he has difficulty immersing himself in a trance, and the therapeutic effect of this procedure is either invisible or negative. In particular, a person begins to suffer from insomnia.

Hypnosophilia

This phenomenon is most pronounced in women, children and adolescents. A person literally falls in love with a hypnologist. Also, a person, having believed in the miraculousness of hypnosis, after a while begins to commit rash acts and not follow the specialist’s recommendations regarding the rest of the therapy (stops taking medications, increases physical activity), this can lead to serious consequences.

Loss of rapport

At some stage of immersion, the person being hypnotized simply stops perceiving and responding to the words of the hypnologist and does not carry out suggestions. Accordingly, there will be no effect from this procedure. Most often, loss of contact occurs due to the fact that the therapist is distracted from the session for a while, and sometimes leaves completely.

Possible complications of hypnosis

POSSIBLE COMPLICATIONS OF HYPNOSIS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS (I. P. BRYAZGUNOV HYPNOTHERAPY FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS)

It should be said that there are no treatment methods or medications that do not have any side effects. This depends not only on the method of treatment, medication, its dose, duration of use, etc., but also on the individual characteristics of a particular person. A bee sting can be a blessing for one person and have a therapeutic effect, but for another it can lead to death (which, fortunately, is extremely rare), due to a severe allergic reaction. It should be immediately noted that clinical hypnosis is fundamentally different from experimental, pop or sports hypnosis. In the practice of domestic psychotherapy, specialists in the field of psychology treat hypnosis with extreme caution, considering it a purely medical method .

Bryazgunov Igor Pavlovich - Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor. Head of the Laboratory of Psychosomatic Pathology of the Scientific Center for Children's Health of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences. In 1960, he graduated from the Vinnitsa State Medical Institute, Faculty of Medicine, and postgraduate studies at the First Senior Clinic of the Research Institute of Pediatrics of the USSR Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (Moscow). At this institute he worked as a junior, then senior and leading researcher in the cardiology department. The candidate's dissertation was defended in 1967, the doctoral dissertation in 1978.

Questions were also asked to members of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and members of the Society of Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis. Among the complications of hypnosis were noted: the occurrence of severe fear, panic attacks, increased dependence on the hypnotherapist, headaches, dizziness, behavioral disturbances, fantasies on sexual themes, suicidal thoughts or attempts in patients who already suffered from depression, fainting, loss of rapport. Isolated severe complications of hypnosis are usually described in connection with variety hypnosis.

If hypnosis in a clinic is intended to treat a patient and a qualified specialist is involved in this, then pop hypnosis is a stage act intended to entertain the public. Pop hypnotists have their own, specific manner of behavior. Everyone is invited to come on stage and take part in the session.

Then a selection takes place on stage; based on peculiar characteristics, the pop hypnotist leaves those who will not “resist” hypnosis. A carefully selected group of people willing to participate in the performance remains on stage. Putting the group members into a trance, the pop hypnotist forces them to fulfill his every desire for the amusement of the public. Sometimes this can affect a person's health. Severe side effects of hypnosis may include (fortunately rarely) hysterical seizures, hysterical hypnosis, and spontaneous somnambulism. Complications in hypnosis are possible with a sudden transition of hypnosis into a hysterical attack with “violence” or into a hysterical stupor or twilight disorder of consciousness. The hypnotist should, using a sharp, authoritative and commanding tone, quickly stop this state, with an imperative tone, invite the patient to calm down, bring him out of the trance, sit him down, give him a drink of water, and then give him sedatives (bromine, valerian).

Essence and personality in the human psyche. Report of Professor Tabidze to the OPPL

Lecture on hypnosis at the All-Russian Professional Psychotherapeutic League.

Much less common during a hypnotic session are hysterical seizures, the so-called hysterical hypnoid. It occurs in deeply hysterical, neurotic individuals. At the very beginning of hypnotization, they may experience a typical hysterical attack with screams, sobs, sobs, and convulsions. Only in patients with hysteria in extremely rare cases can hypnotic sleep turn into a state of hysterical stupor.

With spontaneous somnambulism, the patient suddenly loses rapport with the hypnologist, as he falls into a somnambulistic state, he has hallucinations, complex forms of behavior are realized: the subject gets up, walks, addresses imaginary persons, plays out some role or episode from his past or imaginary life . Below is an example of spontaneous somnambulism.

F. MacHovec (248) describes a case in which a teenage girl felt “unwell” after a session of mass pop hypnosis. Her tongue sunk into her throat, and the girl began to choke. In the hospital where she was hospitalized, she fell into a deep stupor, did not answer questions, did not distinguish between objects and people. There was urinary retention. Clinical and laboratory examination (examination by a neurologist, electrocardiogram, electroencephalogram, cerebrospinal fluid analysis) revealed no abnormalities. The variety hypnotist who was called was unable to provide effective assistance. The patient was in a stuporous state for a week. Secondary complications developed: infection of the upper respiratory tract and urinary tract. The psychiatrist made an attempt to treat the girl with hypnosis. Her condition temporarily improved, but three months later a relapse occurred: headaches and asthenia appeared. The repeat session was more difficult - it took two days to bring the patient back to normal, and six months of weekly hypnosis sessions to prevent relapses.

The authors of the article noted that previously, before pop hypnosis, the girl had no mental disorders. Another example is described in the article by F. MacHovec (248). A complication after a hypnosis session occurred in a woman born in France, who at the age of 6 hid from the Nazis during World War II. In middle age, during a session of pop hypnosis, she felt that something was “wrong” with her. The next day, she developed a dissociative state, derealization, depersonalization, childish behavior, headache, nausea, dizziness, somnolence, depression, episodic psychotic decompensation, and spontaneous trance. These symptoms decreased and disappeared after a single session with a professional hypnotherapist.

We observed two cases of complications of hypnosis in persons who attended mass hypnosis sessions held at the club. The girl student took a direct part in the mass hypnosis carried out in the club. She performed yoga exercises at the request of the hypnotist. After the session, the girl continued to perform yoga exercises at home constantly, day and night, and did not respond to any correction. When examined by a psychiatrist, she was noted to have confused consciousness and was poorly oriented in her surroundings. During a conversation with her, psychophysical exhaustion was revealed - attacks of drowsiness, a desire to lean on her elbows or put her head on the table. The girl was hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital, where she was diagnosed with schizophrenia. Of course, hypnosis was not the cause of the schizophrenia that developed latently in her, but it could have caused an exacerbation of the disease.

The girl committed suicide by jumping from the 12th floor. Another case of hysterical hypnosis occurred at the performance of a famous healer. One of the participants in mass hypnosis developed uncontrollable hysterical crying, which did not stop for a long time. At one of the last World Congresses on Hypnosis, a report was presented that provided information about the complications of hypnosis performed on the stage. These included the emergence of feelings of fear, for some - the emergence of a long-term feeling of shame, the emergence of a spontaneous and uncontrollable state of trance and even post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

The term “post-traumatic stress disorder” has been actively introduced into medical practice since 1980. It is included in the official American list of mental illnesses as a condition caused by severe stress. This condition can appear in anyone, regardless of age, including children. Symptoms of PTSD in a person exposed to mental trauma are in some cases suppressed and hidden.

At an early stage, the patient may only suffer from prolonged insomnia, he may experience symptoms of depression or difficulties in communicating with people, and in some cases he may not be aware of the complexity of his situation. Typical symptoms include obsessive thoughts, nightmares, feelings of alienation, emotional withdrawal and loss of interest in life. Hypersensitivity, nervousness, insomnia, and inability to focus attention for a long period of time are noted. In some cases, the impact occurs not only on disaster survivors or those who have lost a loved one, but also on rescue workers who witness these events. Symptoms can appear in mentally immature people who gradually accumulate stress. Even scenes of violence and disasters shown on television can lead to the development of PTSD (especially for children). Our epidemiological studies among school-age children revealed PTSD in 30% of cases, while at the same time among children suffering from psychosomatic functional diseases, this figure reached 50%.

In our own observations in clinical settings (more than 1000 children and adolescents), we recorded only isolated and minor complications during and after hypnotherapy: headache in one child, dizziness in one, weakness in the legs in one, stiffness in the neck and hand - also in one child. After appropriate suggestions, these consequences were quickly eliminated and did not recur. It should be taken into account that we carefully selected children for hypnotherapy, excluding children with absolute and relative contraindications.

Machover has been collecting information about the complications of hypnosis for a long time and, based on his own experience, believes that the risk factors for complications of hypnosis are divided into three parts:

1) risk factors on the part of the patient, 2) risk factors on the part of the hypnotherapist, 3) risk factors on the part of the environment.

To avoid complications belonging to the first group, it is necessary to carefully select patients for this treatment method before hypnotherapy: collect family and personal history, assess the patient’s physical and mental state at the time of treatment. Risk factors on the part of the hypnotherapist are divided into professional and personal. Professional factors include:

• lack of knowledge, • lack of experience, • lack of training, • lack of ability.

Personal factors include:

• alcohol, drug addiction, • personal preferences (ethnic, religious, racial).

The hypnotherapist must be competent in related fields of medicine: psychiatry, therapy, and if he works with children - in pediatrics, etc. We have given a list of diseases for which hypnosis is not recommended, we have given above. Hypnosis as a method of psychotherapy should be used only in the treatment of those diseases for which it can be beneficial. It is necessary to obtain the consent of the patient or the parents of the child who is being treated with hypnosis. Children with a rich imagination, as we have already said, respond well to hypnosis; it is usually used for children over seven years of age. And this is not because they are afraid of any unwanted influence on the psyche, but because the child must understand what the hypnotherapist wants from him.

What is hypnotizability?

The difference between hypnosis and other “states”

There is an opinion that hypnosis weakens the will and reduces the resistance of the nervous system in unfavorable life situations. Because hypnosis has historically been attributed mysterious properties, some people fear hypnosis, which they perceive as something that can change their personality. Fear of falling asleep and not waking up, weakening the will, falling into a trance spontaneously, etc.

However, we cannot agree with this. Hypnosis does not deprive willpower and does not interfere with distinguishing good from evil. It is hypnosis that is a means of combating weakened will in alcoholics and smokers and owners of other bad habits. Hypnotherapy strengthens the will, activates the personality, and mobilizes the physical and mental reserves of the body. L.P. Grimak, a famous Russian psychologist and hypnotherapist, author of famous books on hypnosis, who worked with our cosmonauts for many years, proved that under the influence of hypnosis no structural changes in personality occur (54, 56). V.M. Bekhterev (7), on the basis of numerous clinical and experimental observations, back in the 90s of the last century, categorically denied the pathological nature of the hypnotic state.

The complications of hypnosis described above can be easily avoided if the hypnotherapist follows all the rules for preventing risk factors. It should be noted that severe complications are not typical, are observed extremely rarely and are described in isolated observations. But you should know about them so that the patient himself can draw a conclusion: whether to participate in mass pop hypnosis, or whether to seek help from a specialist hypnologist or healers who do not have a complex of scientific knowledge.

ERHilgard and AHMorgan (218) in experiments on 220 healthy students revealed short-term aftereffects (drowsiness, mild headache) in 7.7% of subjects. Rapid dehypnotization can cause a number of unpleasant subjective sensations: dizziness, weakness, palpitations, anxiety. Hypnosis is an equal method of treatment along with other methods, but has a number of advantages over medications, since it does not have side effects of drugs and allergization of the body. Hypnosis is not a universal method; it has indications and contraindications. Hypnotherapy carried out by a specialist allows you to avoid unwanted side effects of hypnosis.

The famous hypnosis researcher D. Spiegel (301) writes: “Doctors are often afraid that hypnosis is potentially dangerous for the patient. In fact, hypnosis is completely safe and has fewer side effects than the mildest medicine.” Hypnosis in itself is not dangerous, but an incompetent or unethical hypnologist can harm the human consciousness with his ignorance. Television hypnosis sessions, where there is no selection of patients and feedback from them, are especially fraught with complications.

Complications in hypnosis are possible with a sudden transition from hypnosis to a hysterical attack with “violence” or to a hysterical stupor or twilight disorder of consciousness. To avoid complications with individual or group hypnosis, careful selection of patients before hypnotherapy is required.

Hypnosis is contraindicated in schizophrenia, severe debility, fever, severe intoxication, impaired consciousness; persons in whom hypnotization provokes epileptic seizures. Hypnosis should not be used in patients with acute infarction and acute cerebrovascular accident. Hypnosis cannot be used as pain relief in cases where pain is a signal of an unrecognized painful condition (for example, phlegmanous appendicitis, etc.). Therefore, it is unacceptable to conduct hypnotherapy in the absence of direct feedback from the hypnotized person and in the absence of observation of the patient after the hypnotherapy session.

Contraindications for hypnosis

The main contraindications for hypnosis are the presence of mental disorders in a person. You can also receive a refusal if you have a history of the following contraindications:

  • state of intoxication (drugs or alcohol);
  • fractures, dislocations and other injuries that temporarily limit habitual movements;
  • intellectual disorders, mental retardation;
  • taking any tranquilizers, antidepressants, antipsychotics and sedatives;
  • affective insanity;
  • paranoid syndromes with brain damage;
  • epileptic, convulsive seizures;
  • cardiovascular failure;
  • asthma.

It is also advisable to reschedule the hypnosis session to another day if you feel unwell or there are any signs of viral or bacterial diseases, especially fever, diarrhea and vomiting.

And then what: about side effects

Harm from hypnosis. :)
Everything that helps can also harm. When it comes to hypnosis, there is one thing to be afraid of - an inexperienced, incompetent or unethical practitioner. There is nothing good if you open up to someone, but the person turns out to be cold, judgmental, indifferent... And he thinks not about you, but about himself. This can cause psychological trauma. However, this is true for any psychotherapy, not just hypnosis.

We have conducted many sessions, and have never encountered a “dangerous” situation—that hypnosis itself would cause any harm to a person. And in world practice there are no such examples. The possibility of risks is also excluded by the most famous hypnotherapists - for example, Professor Brueggelmann from Paderborn, who wrote the words “When asked whether hypnosis can be dangerous, I must answer briefly - no” []. As for some emotional reactions - for example, tears - they are a consequence of any contact during which one party is in a difficult situation, seeks consolation and finds it. There is nothing dangerous about this. It `s naturally.

Hypnosis during pregnancy

Pregnancy is not included in the list of contraindications to hypnosis, but most experts still recommend that expectant mothers, even if they are completely healthy, refuse to undergo this procedure, especially in the first trimester.

During the gestational period, a woman is responsible not only for her own health, but also for the development of the baby. Since hypnotherapy, especially when working with psychological trauma, is often accompanied by negative emotions, this can lead to extremely unpleasant consequences, including miscarriage.

Sometimes hypnosis, if there are no other contraindications, is still prescribed to a pregnant woman by a therapist. In such individual cases, the potential benefit is considered to be greater than the risk. For example, the method of suggestion can be used as psychological support when the patient experiences a strong fear of the upcoming birth, or fear of not being able to bear a healthy child.

The Dangers of Regressive Hypnosis

The dangers of regressive hypnosis and the parasitic system

Below is a very relevant article from here on this topic in addition to the post About regression methods, calling the dead and online safety.

The main message of the article and a few additions from myself:

Classic regressive hypnosis can be dangerous. Yes, it is dangerous, because it does not understand or does not use cleaning methods, checks and many other possibilities, and more often it is simply misleading (I wrote about this here and here). Leading a person through standard methods of regressive hypnosis through other lives without working through the here and now is extremely unfriendly, especially in groups, as many people like to do.

You need to start with cleaning in the here and now, with mastering working tools, and only then delving into other lives, if this is at all advisable and recommended by the guardians. Otherwise, I completely agree with the author of the article.

Is it possible to hypnotize children?

Children are easily suggestible, but only if they have confidential contact with a specialist. There are special safe methods of child hypnosis, so parents do not have to fear for their child.

It is believed that children before the age of 9 should not be subjected to hypnosis, however, this restriction is only advisory; brain development occurs at an individual pace.

For child hypnosis, the list of indications is as follows:

  • phobias (obsessive fear of the dark, insects, water);
  • aggressive, conflict behavior;
  • presence of bad habits (thumb sucking, rhinotillexomania, nail biting);
  • poor concentration;
  • gaming addiction;
  • fear of speaking in public, of exams;
  • inadequate self-esteem;
  • difficulties with learning;
  • problems communicating with peers.

Adults should also pay attention to the presence of traumatic facts. This could be the death of a loved one, a beloved pet, a forced change of team, a move, or a divorce of parents.

Bread and circuses: about pop hypnosis

“If everything happens voluntarily, and in a hypnotic trance we maintain a sober mind, why do we behave like madmen?” - many will probably ask, replaying in their heads frames from a popular TV show that really resemble a summary of events from a hospital for the mentally ill. Pop hypnosis is experiencing its rebirth today and, unfortunately, deliberately fuels misconceptions about hypnosis. Because pop hypnosis is a show []. And any show is intended to entertain the public. And for these purposes they do not disdain anything.

Pop hypnosis.
It should be understood that all the “random” people in this show are, of course, not random. Some are decoy actors. Part is tested for suggestibility. Stage hypnotists brilliantly read signs from a person indicating that the subject will not cause trouble and will help create a spectacular show. In general, one way or another, the right people get to the price - those who WANT and can please the public. We assure you that there are no skeptics there.

And then the show begins. So, on stage, as we have already said, they left those who do not want to let down the expectations of the public. And everyone takes advantage of the unique opportunity to leave the brakes under the pretext “I was hypnotized”! And in general - “I’m happy to be deceived myself.” That’s why everyone quacks, crawls, and kisses with such pleasure and ecstasy. It’s just like in acting - for some it’s easier to get used to the character, and for others it’s easier to join the company, playing along with the overall action.

On the one hand, this is all funny. On the other hand, the technique of hypnosis is something like “psychological surgery.” We and other psychotherapeutic communities are convinced that technology should be used to solve specific psychotherapeutic problems, and not be presented as a spectacle.

Treating allergies with hypnosis

Allergy symptoms appear when the brain perceives a certain taste or smell as potentially dangerous to the body and “turns on” a protective reaction. Therefore, we can say that this pathology is mental in nature.

Official medicine considers allergies to be an incurable disease, however, in practice, there have been cases of complete recovery of clients with the help of hypnosis. Important conditions for achieving high performance are:

  • age under 60 years;
  • clear motivation for healing;
  • absence of brain pathologies;
  • the disorder is not associated with intoxication or organ diseases.

Hypnosis is not effective

It depends on what problem the patient comes to the hypnotherapist with. Hypnosis can be very effective in some tasks, but not in others. People are used to thinking that hypnosis is a panacea, a magic wand. However, it is not. Hypnosis is most effective in the treatment of anxiety disorders, dissociations, as well as various problems associated with bad habits (biting fingers, nails), tics, bedwetting, and overeating. It was previously believed that hypnosis was also effective in treating alcoholism, but this is a highly controversial issue. So-called coding, which is essentially putting a person into a hypnotic state, does not work on everyone.

Hypnosis and suggestion: 10 interesting facts

The word “hypnosis” is translated from Greek as “sleep,” but it cannot be compared with the state that most people experience every day at night. The subcortex and consciousness at this time are not in a relaxed state, but, on the contrary, are activated in some narrow direction. They focus only on the words of the hypnologist, who can instill in his client the necessary information and give instructions.

The phenomenon of hypnosis is unique in its kind, many even consider it something supernatural. This opinion is erroneous, because there are a huge number of scientific works on this topic. Various discussions and disputes are fueled by interesting facts discovered during the practical application of the method.

  1. The maximum effect of hypnosis is achieved in the most suggestible patients, while an excessively high threshold of suggestibility can give the exact opposite result.
  2. There is such a thing as “self-hypnosis” - a phenomenon in which an individual, having some knowledge, can independently influence his subconscious and achieve the same effect as when suggested by a hypnologist. By the way, a person can involuntarily fall into a state of hypnosis for a short period of time in one day in order to relieve the psyche from overstrain.
  3. The positive effects of hypnosis on the human psyche were discovered more than three thousand years ago; the method of suggestion was used by the ancient Romans, Indians and Greeks, and Tibetan shamans for various purposes.
  4. At the beginning of the 19th century, the method of suggestion was very popular to alleviate the condition of the sick and wounded and was called “anaesthesia by hypnosis.” In the modern world, the range of applications of hypnosis is much wider.
  5. A hypnologist does not have complete power over a person’s subconscious; in fact, he is simply a good psychologist. The client would rather faint than carry out a suggested attitude that contradicts his moral principles. Any decision made by a person in a state of trance has already been made in advance, and the specialist seems to give confidence that it is correct and the only possible one.
  6. A person remembers perfectly what happened to him during a hypnosis session, unless there was a suggestion to forget everything. This setting for erasing memory can be given by a hypnologist or the patient himself.
  7. Many stars of Western show business turned to hypnosis specialists. For example, Drew Barrymore decided to use this method to get rid of drug addiction, and Fergie - from alcohol addiction. Carmen Electra and Britney Spears include a visit to a hypnologist as a must on their list of important monthly to-dos.
  8. If a person lacks motivation and desire, the hypnologist will not be able to influence his consciousness and subcortex against his will.
  9. In a large crowd, suggestibility is much higher than one-on-one between a patient and a therapist, so individual sessions for a hypnologist are much more difficult than public ones.
  10. When scientists at Stanford University studied the human brain in a state of hypnosis, modern technical devices were used. It was found that during the session the activity of the zone that is responsible for external stimuli decreases. At the same time, the structures responsible for controlling the internal state of the body begin to activate.

The dangers of regressive hypnosis and the parasitic system

Why is that? The reason is a parasitic system from bad aliens on our planet! There are various cunning programs, from destructors, during the processes of reading from one life and rewriting-exiting into a new one. Thanks to them, errors-interference-harm are obtained; as a result, the errors of other incarnations, to one degree or another, can have a negative impact in the new one. It all depends on the degree of errors-interference during rewriting (some have more of them, some have less, some went perfectly well)! Accordingly, the scale of the influence of the mistakes of previous lives on the new one in a negative way depends on this.

Therefore, it is recommended to identify all possible foreign influences and programs during the process of reading from a previous life and entering a new one, and if any are found, work through them. Work through it even after being born, in the moment here and now, because time on the subtle plane does not matter! So far only a very narrow circle of healers have reached this information (to our regret)! Why? Because many do not see this layer of information due to chips, programs, various connections to various egregors, structures in the subtle plane, or a priori they turn to intermediaries (mentors, angels, etc.). It is not always beneficial for them that you get the truth to SOME questions.

And if a person can ideally work through all the above programs [working on the processes of reading out of the old life and entering a new life], cancel their destructive consequences, restore the norm, then he will be able to remove all the negative consequences en masse and at once, tied to mistakes from other lives [mistakes = violation of the laws of the universe and energy-information exchange]!

Hypnosis in psychosomatic medicine

According to statistics, from 15 to 50% of the population of our country suffers from various psychosomatic disorders. In a healthy person, the psyche is part of the whole organism. Its task is to regulate autonomous recovery processes from damaging agents. When the natural process of self-regulation is disrupted, symptoms of a psychosomatic disorder appear and the person needs psychotherapy.

In other words, the root cause of psychosomatic pathology is mental factors. Repressed emotions do not disappear, but go out of consciousness into the subconscious, they gradually accumulate, and then “pour out” on the physical level in the form of all kinds of sores. In this case, patients often complain of pain and other symptoms, however, the problem cannot be identified clinically.

Vegetative-vascular dystonia, asthma, insomnia, stuttering are only a small part of psychosomatic diseases. The main difficulty lies in diagnosing the nature of the pathology. If the specialist nevertheless manages to draw a parallel between the manifested physical symptoms and mental disorder, the patient is prescribed treatment using various methods of psychotherapy, including hypnosis sessions.

The hypnologist’s task consists of the following tasks step by step:

  1. Identify the cause of the disorder hidden in the subconscious.
  2. Eliminate the influence of these reasons on the psyche (negative attitudes are replaced with positive ones).
  3. Activate the patient’s own internal reserves.

Hypnosis treatment

Hypnosis is also the basis of most philosophies and pagan cults. If we carefully delve into religious dogmas and look at them from the point of view of an atheist, and not through the eyes of a believer who explains all phenomena based on the concept of the divine principle, we will notice a hidden or obvious hypnotic effect. In the Bible we can also find something similar to the healing hypnotic effect that is hidden in the descriptions of the actions of Christ. Therefore, it is unlikely, after such evidence, that the existence of hypnosis can be denied.

Many famous psychiatrists and psychologists are convinced that hypnosis has a great analgesic and healing effect. For example, the American psychiatrist Milton Erickson, who suffered from severe pain, which was a complication of polio, was able to cure 30 thousand patients!

There is even a special type of hypnosis - pharmacological. Hypnotherapy helps in the treatment of toothache or migraine, relieves alcoholism and smoking, helps control pain during childbirth, and the most incredible thing is to perform operations without anesthesia.

True Christian believers consider miracles to be what is described in the Bible. But, let's talk about “purity”. After all, in fact, each of us considers hypnotic influence to be a kind of miracle. As a rule, for many centuries, suggestion and faith were in close relationship.

The world-famous physician Paracelsus argued that “internal crying” is a powerful medicine on the path to recovery. Under such “internal crying” is the patient’s conviction of the possibility of healing. To prove his words, Paracelsus used an example to say that monks in Carinthia treated the sick using this method. At first, the person was asked to continuously look at the shiny ball of crystal, after which he quickly fell into a deep sleep. While the man was sleeping, the monk instilled in him the attitude of recovery. And after such a session, the healing of the sick was almost always successful.

Why hypnosis doesn't work

Let's start with the fact that almost everyone succumbs to easy hypnosis, when a person is not divorced from reality. As for deep trance, exceptions are possible here. Therefore, before starting work, the specialist checks the patient’s hypnotizability (hypnolability).

The most common causes of immunity to trance and suggestion are:

  • fear that in an immersed state personal secrets will be declassified;
  • instability of attention, making it difficult to concentrate on the words of the hypnotherapist;
  • fear of “disappointing” the hypnologist, of doing something wrong;
  • a strong desire to prove one’s inhypnotizability or fear of losing one’s will and independence;
  • not a trusting attitude towards the hypnologist.

Also weakly suggestible include:

  • elderly people due to decreased imagination;
  • small children, since their imagination is not fully formed;
  • persons in the stage of severe intoxication due to lack of perception of suggestions;
  • people with severe mental pathologies and a damaged psyche;
  • those wishing to undergo a hypnosis session out of curiosity;
  • skeptics.

An important factor influencing the success of hypnosis is the professionalism of the specialist and the external environment. If you fail to enter a trance state on the first try, try again after a while, or change the specialist.

We recommend you the psychologist-hypnologist Nikita Valerievich Baturin.

The dangers of regressive hypnosis and the influence of some lives on others

But here is some “technical” information about “why” the mistakes of other lives are normal and should not affect the new life. Because of the terminology, the information will be understandable only to those who are well acquainted with eniology (others may miss it): When rewriting in the absolute, information is “sorted”: everything antipodean moves into the antiabsolute, and then the person goes completely “pure” into a new incarnation ( display). And the knowledge accumulated over a lifetime moves to the top of a person’s essence. In a similar way, rewriting occurs in the antipode (everything “opposite” moves from the antiabsolute to the absolute).

As a conclusion. I suggest that all capable Seers and healers, especially those who have a clear channel for reading answers from information fields (you understand, illusions are not the truth, there is no help here), explore the above direction and make it no less famous than searching for errors through regressions into other lives. Write your notes on the topic and post them publicly. After all, few people talk about this yet, and regressions into other lives are popular. I also suggest that everyone develop and publish a list of scams from the parasitic system from aliens associated with other incarnations.

From comments on the topic The Dangers of Regressive Hypnosis:

Nowadays, reviews about the low quality of regressive hypnosis sessions are becoming more and more common. The last story was a story about how a hypnologist discovered some crystals in the operator’s body, removed them and kept them for himself to study and process, and replaced them with other very “good” ones. After the session, the person began to have a series of troubles in many directions. And the hypnologist has completely disappeared!!! Only later did the guy realize what had happened...

Comment D_A: the crystals can and should be returned. the intention can simply be set to begin with. In general, such behavior of a “regressive hypnosis specialist” cannot be called anything other than outright rudeness

METAISSKRA sessions are great not only for safely conducting regressions, but also for identifying individual psychosomatics of diseases, understanding lessons and relieving symptoms, as well as for working with many ailments, fears, panic attacks, blocks, grievances and much more through meditative practices.

If you do not meditate, you can also solve many problems through sessions with a psychologist, but this method may take longer and works more with the psyche than with the body and energy.

Conditions after hypnotherapy: on what day are changes felt?

As for the effect, with normal hypnotizability, in some cases it is felt immediately after leaving the hypnotic state. Clients with serious pathologies require repeated sessions. In addition, the person being hypnotized must desire to achieve a positive result and follow all recommendations as part of complex therapy.

It is difficult to answer the question of how long it will take to see the effect of hypnotherapy, because each person and each case is individual. If hypnotherapy is carried out correctly and in the required volume, then when analyzing the results it can be noted that after a certain period they do not weaken, but, on the contrary, intensify.

Is hypnosis only good for alcoholism?

If we mean the notorious coding, then the fact speaks for itself: in 2020, the director of the Moscow Scientific and Practical Center for Narcology, Evgeniy Brun, the chief narcologist in Russia, officially banned his employees from using this technique as not complying with the principles of evidence-based modern medicine.
But as an element of treatment, hypnosis is actually used today in the fight against alcohol and drug addiction, as well as: • for neuroses,

• sleep disorders,

• various pain syndromes,

• all kinds of dysfunctions of organs and systems,

• to correct behavior that deviates from social norms.

A particularly good effect is observed in children (and almost from infancy) and young teenagers. Only here the golden rule works: first the doctor needs to make sure that, say, pain is not a consequence of an injury or some serious internal disease. By the way, hypnosis is also used in oncology - also as a component of treatment along with other methods.

What should a hypnologist be like?

To conduct hypnosis sessions, a person does not need to have supernatural abilities or a special timbre of voice; anyone who wants to learn this skill can become a hypnologist.

True, such accessibility gives rise to a problem - too many people call themselves hypnosis specialists, having completed short-term courses, or even having even bought a certificate on some exchange. Therefore, it is difficult to find a real specialist who will really help solve the problem among those whose only goal is to extract finances from their clients’ wallets.

When choosing a hypnotherapist for yourself, it is important to evaluate several factors. And only by checking the box next to each item in favor of a specialist can you count on a positive result.

  • Make sure that the hypnologist has a full-fledged specialized education in the field of psychology or psychiatry. On the Internet you can see a scan of the relevant document, and if in doubt, do not hesitate to ask for the original during a personal meeting. Just having a certificate of completion of trainings and seminars does not mean that you are a professional.
  • Visit the hypnologist’s website and his page on social networks, study publications. Most of the material should be directly devoted to hypnosis, and the owner of the account should appear as a direct participant in the described action or as the author of the article. Such monitoring will make it possible to understand that a person understands and is interested in the topic, and therefore, in the result. There you can contact a specialist. For example, psychologist-hypnologist Nikita Valerievich Baturin conducts active dialogues on his VKontakte page and answers all questions of interest.
  • Even more useful information can be gleaned from the video. It’s great if a hypnotherapist has his own channel on video hosting and shares cases from practice (of course, confidentially with patients or with their consent), gives advice, and offers exercises for solving problems independently. Indeed, in some cases, for example, with fear of an exam, insomnia, you can do without the direct participation of a hypnologist. The channel contains a whole collection of useful videos with meditations, lessons, and answers to popular questions.
  • But the main factor is not fame, not the presence of publications, or even a professional diploma with honors. Since for a successful session a trusting relationship must be established between the client and the specialist, you need to listen to your own feelings that the hypnologist’s personality evokes. Do you feel discomfort? Is it pleasant to communicate? What does your voice sound like to you? Try to answer these questions already at the stage of watching a video, chatting on a social network, or talking on the phone. It’s even better if there is a possibility of a preliminary personal meeting.

What is hypnosis: from complex to simple

Everything incomprehensible and unknown is inevitably covered with a thick layer of mystery. This happened with hypnosis - it became, as it should be, overgrown with speculation. And we have seen a lot of evidence for our psychotherapeutic practice - from “Doctor, cure me with hypnosis” to “Hypnosis?! never!".

The mystical flair is actively fueled by pop hypnotists, who benefit from the image of a hero with superpowers. Science itself brings confusion and ferment into the question, which has still not decided on either an accurate interpretation of hypnotic technique or an unambiguous description of the mechanism of its work. As for the individual opinion of experts - as in the parable “The Blind Men and the Elephant”, everyone describes hypnosis in their own way. In general, there is complete confusion. But I still want to find solid ground under my feet.

If we call hypnosis meditation with immersion into the depths of oneself, we will not be mistaken. Meditation is a variation of hypnosis, which in general is an altered state of consciousness. Neither sleep nor wakefulness... Something in between... The third state of the psyche is characterized by good focus of attention, a greater than usual ability to fantasize, and the possibility of better access to the material of the unconscious.

Trance sounds threatening, but each of us has experienced a similar state more than once, without even knowing it. For example, immersing yourself in your own thoughts or reading a book.

Those. This is an absolutely natural experience for each of us. Very useful, by the way. It's a shame that many statements about hypnosis are wrong. So let's take a closer look to get closer to the truth.

Do I need to prepare for a hypnosis session?

No special preparation is required before a hypnosis session. However, to get the maximum effect from therapy, it is advisable to get enough sleep. Try to mentally calm down, avoid stressful situations, physical or mental fatigue, and tune in to the session. It is also necessary to exclude alcohol, drugs and drugs that affect the psyche, including sedatives and sleeping pills.

If you have a firm intention to get rid of a bad habit or just want to relieve stress and increase self-esteem, try the useful exercises from the video tutorials. Sometimes you can cope with a problem on your own; meditation helps a lot. Perhaps then you won’t have to seek the help of a hypnologist at all.

However, it is important to understand that if you have serious pathologies or mental state deviations, you should never self-medicate, as this can lead to even more serious health problems and even be life-threatening.

It is difficult to overestimate the importance of hypnosis sessions as a medical method for mental illness. Sometimes it is impossible to cope with the problem either with drug therapy or other procedures. Then therapists use the method of introducing the patient into a state of hypnosis with suggestion. The most positive results are observed in the treatment of alcohol, drug and other addictions, deep depression, enuresis, stuttering, and psychosomatic disorders.

Hypnosis is the same as sleep

This is what the Soviet physiologist Ivan Pavlov argued when it was not yet possible to check brain activity using an electroencephalogram. Then it seemed that the state of hypnosis was very similar in appearance to sleep. And since then, unfortunately, they introduced this analogy, which is used to this day. Although research shows that there is nothing physiologically in common between sleep and hypnosis. While in hypnosis, a person is very focused on his inner self. However, he continues to hear all external sounds, the voice of the hypnotherapist, the noise of cars outside the window, although, according to the specialist’s instructions, he does not consciously notice all this.
