What is a hobby
A hobby is an activity for the soul that helps relieve stress, relax and have fun. You can spend your leisure time with benefit and interest for yourself. Nervous tension at work, problems in the family, minor troubles in life - all this has a bad effect on a person’s emotional state.
Emotional release or sublimation is often needed when you channel negative energy into a socially acceptable direction. In this case, your favorite activity can help.
Leisure time can be spent in a creative direction. For example, drawing, dancing, knitting, poetry, playing musical instruments. Any creativity is the creation of something new. A hobby can also be active and useful. For example, fishing, hunting, fitness, swimming. Everyone can choose what they like. The main thing is that the process brings pleasure.
Why are hobbies needed?
People involved in work often do not understand the purpose of a hobby. When they hear this word, they imagine adults cutting out figures from paper, like in kindergarten. The first impression is a waste of time. And the first impression is decisive in most situations.
In fact, a hobby is a way to develop different sides of your personality. Work does not provide such an opportunity, since for most it is money and nothing more. But even people who pursue creative ambitions at work need a hobby. A person’s personality is multifaceted and it is necessary to find a hobby you like in addition to work.
A hobby should become something personal that a person wants to keep only for himself or share with loved ones. This will allow you not to “burn out” at work, maintain warm family relationships, and avoid overwork. How is a hobby related to family and work? The connection is direct. Let's look at it with an example.
An employee of a reputable company has a heavy workload and strives to become the head of a department. His wife is waiting for him at home. He devotes time to her and some household chores. Vicious circle: home-work. On weekends they go to their parents outside the city. With this lifestyle, marriage will quickly begin to tire. A man will experience overstrain at work, but there will be no rest, there are only household responsibilities, a wife demanding attention, romance. Home will no longer be a rest from work, and work will become tiring. Irritability will accumulate, which will affect relationships with your spouse and colleagues. There is nowhere to throw out emotions. The nervous system and health suffer.
A third link is needed: a hobby. Vent. In the scheme: home-work-hobby, each component will be a welcome change in activity. At work you will be able to take a break from household chores, and at home you can relax after a pleasant time spent doing your favorite activity. The more such components a person has in the chain, the easier and more joyful his life will be. This is essential for mental health.
How to choose a hobby
Quite often, a favorite activity appears in early childhood. Some collect stamps, coins, stickers, others dance, draw, sing. If you develop your talents from childhood, they can become not just a hobby, but also bring in a good income. After all, it is important that your work brings you not only money, but also pleasure.
Unfortunately, such an ideal life scenario does not always develop. There are situations when you don’t like your job, but you can’t leave it. It is very important to do something for yourself; you can find an outlet in a long-forgotten old hobby. It won’t be difficult to be in the office during the day and, for example, go dancing or to the gym in the evening. I previously wrote about how to find a job you like if you don’t know what you want.
If it’s difficult to choose an activity, then you need to remember your childhood. Then we, unencumbered by social boundaries, did only what we wanted. And as an adult, sometimes it’s useful to do something interesting solely for yourself.
The emergence of a hobby in adulthood
Also, a hobby can appear in adulthood. The reasons may be certain events in a person’s life, difficulties, or, conversely, joyful moments or a chance meeting with a like-minded person. You need to follow your heart and do what your soul wants.
Another reason for developing a hobby can be a large amount of free time. Often people in retirement discover new abilities and interests: fishing, embroidery, hunting, traveling. Any activity that brings moral satisfaction, arouses interest and is beneficial to a person can be considered a hobby.
To really choose what you like, you just need to listen to yourself and be sure to try. If you don't try, you won't know.
The relationship between a person’s character and his hobbies
The relationship between a person’s passion and his character is obvious, because any of us enjoys doing what is characteristic of his nature. So an active person who likes to be always on the move will most likely choose an active or even extreme hobby.
At the same time, a calm person, prone to self-organization and planning, will be more likely to be interested in collecting or prefer intellectual games instead of walks in the parks.
Hobbies related to manual labor are more typical of people who like to see the tangible result of their labor.
However, there is also a feedback here - a person’s character is formed and changed under the influence of his hobby. At the same time, many people consciously choose an activity that can correct their weaknesses and change them for the better.
For example, let’s consider the same situations: an active person whose hobby is extreme sports does not change anything about himself. But if he starts making ship models, then small manual labor will lead to the fact that he will learn to be neat and restrained.
Collecting is a great activity for unorganized people who find it difficult to manage their time or persevere.
Manual labor, such as embroidery or knitting, is an activity that can develop perseverance and develop in a person the ability to complete those tasks that are not given immediately.
What is a hobby for?
Any hobby is beneficial for the human condition. There are several components that are influenced by enjoyable leisure time. What is the importance of a hobby for a person?
Psychological aspect
This includes self-realization and self-knowledge. Hobbies help relieve stress, find inner balance, get rid of negative experiences and mentally relax.
Hobbies strengthen the cardiovascular system in citizens over 55 years old, employees of the Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University found out. About 500 people took part in the experiment.
It turned out that handicrafts, gardening and, oddly enough, repair work will help people with technical and blue-collar skills (the “human-technique” category) to reduce their risks. For those whose work involves communication (“person to person”), the best medicine will be sport. But the hobby, alas, does not affect office clerks (“a person is a sign”): their “cure” is career success.
Developmental aspect
An interesting activity can help develop intelligence, memory, fine motor skills, imagination, creative skills, and attention. If a hobby is related to sports, then muscles actively develop, a person’s health and overall sense of self improve.
Social aspect
A favorite activity brings not only positive emotions, but also the opportunity to meet like-minded people. People bring us the most information and experience in life. It is very important to be able to create and maintain close connections.
By being passionate about the same hobby, we can exchange useful experiences, unite and create something even more meaningful. One head it's good, but two better. It's always easier to work in a team. In addition, you can learn to negotiate, become more tolerant of other people and find good friends.
Practical aspect
Putting your favorite thing into practice can be in the form of selling products made with your own hands. This refers to handicrafts, which are very fashionable now. Many people turn their hobby into a great way to earn extra money.
You can also gift your work to a loved one. Handmade gifts always bring more pleasure because a person puts a part of himself into this thing.
Having achieved a certain mastery in your chosen business, you can begin to share your experience with other people. Blogging on social networks is popular now. People teach those interested in cooking, handicrafts, playing musical instruments, and give all kinds of master classes.
How I gained experience
You should start by creating a “Portfolio” folder on your laptop. Without it and proven experience, your chances of getting into a good place are significantly reduced.
Nobody told me about the portfolio, so I only started actively maintaining it in 2020. Yes, you can take screenshots and describe projects later, but the “before” view of the page cannot be restored.
Lifehack No. 2 . Create a portfolio from the first day of work and save absolutely everything. Include in it screenshots of accounts before starting work, texts, visual design, statistics (before and after). If you are engaged in targeted advertising, then add cases with creatives, cost per click and budget. Just initially discuss with the employer whether he would be against disclosing this information. Save all created designs as well. I advise you to collect the key points of the work into a beautiful pdf presentation, which you will subsequently send to customers.
Time passed, I worked as a freelancer remotely on 2-3 projects.
For a student 20–25 thousand rubles. did not seem such a bad income, but then I did not know how to calculate the value of my time. In addition, I have always carried out turnkey promotion: content, texts, organization of filming, targeted advertising, analysis and design. This is a huge layer of work that will strain even a person with extensive experience and a high level of productivity.
The cost of your hour depends on many factors: experience, list of services, time to complete the work, cost of necessary programs, movement around the city, mobile phone costs and the average salary in the market. When evaluating future work, consider all these factors.
At that time, I took on any projects: from a wedding business to a lighting store.
Some of my projects from 2020 to 2020
I studied in the Advertising and Public Relations major; as a result, understanding general marketing gave me an advantage over other SMM specialists. But I could no longer withstand the regime of endless work, including calls at 23:55 with a request to “run an advertisement for a post.”
Then I got a job in the ParisNail office, where I worked a stable 5/2 and received 35 thousand rubles. and additionally managed another remote project for 10 thousand rubles.
The interview with this company was standard: questions over the phone from the HR manager, a small test task by email with a request to write two posts, and a personal meeting with the head of the SMM department.
The meeting went well, but then I was confused by the request to take the pen and try to sell it. It seemed like some kind of absurdity, but I didn’t object.
Then a paradox happened: the development that I so strived for stopped, the management did not give me any prospects for growth.

My hands gave up, everything seemed meaningless. Then my childhood dream of going to live abroad came to the rescue. I couldn’t drop out of my last year of university, but trying to find a remote job somewhere in Europe was a very good idea; I was fluent in English.
It was necessary to expand your knowledge and skills to impress the employer. So I dove into endless reading of blogs and books. Of the several dozen that I have studied, I can recommend these:
- "Neuromarketing. How to influence the consumer's subconscious", Roger Dooley;
- "Advertising. Playing on emotions”, Alexey Ivanov;
- “Write, shorten”, Maxim Ilyakhov, Lyudmila Sarycheva;
- “100+ hacks for internet marketers: How to get traffic and convert it into sales”, Denis Savelyev, Evgenia Kryukova;
- Blog vc.ru, section “Marketing”;
- Social Media Examiner Blog;
- Rusability Blog;
- Blog Habr.
I studied and spent every day on Linkedin.com and reed.co.uk trying to find suitable vacancies.
Lifehack No. 3. If you are looking for remote work or just starting your journey, I advise you to take a closer look at the groups from the article “Where to find employees for digital on social networks: 50+ sites.”
The miracle happened quite quickly: after about two months I came across an interesting vacancy for Community Manager at Apelsin Games. At that time, she was developing games, and six months later she retrained as a publishing agency.
The main requirements included experience in SMM and English at least Upper-intermediate. To be honest, I wasn’t confident in my abilities and expected to be rejected, but I was invited to the first and then the second online interview.
The director of the company thought for about a week: he was worried about my lack of experience. But in the end, my sincere desire to work and a good test task allowed me to get a remote job in Riga with a salary of $800 (about 60 thousand rubles for 2020). And this includes paid foreign business trips and trips to the largest game development conferences such as Devgamm and White Nights.
The first international work experience was useful. I understood how work processes work and where I want to move next.
Lifehack #4. If you want to work with an international community, be sure to study all the rules of business correspondence, as well as the norms of communication accepted in other countries (prohibition of racial insults, ambiguous content, etc.). This sounds logical, but believe me, there are many more pitfalls than it seems. In the first month of work, I unsuccessfully used the word “black” in the description of a new character in the game. In response, I received not the most pleasant statements and accusations of racism.
In 2020, I had a voluminous and very difficult experience of working as a digital marketer at Vlasova Lab. I went there purposefully because I planned to improve my marketing skills. I found a vacancy on hh.ru, made an appointment and immediately after the interview the job was mine.
Over the 9 months of our cooperation, we achieved many pleasant results: we opened 4 new studios, worked with the most fashionable bloggers in St. Petersburg, and reduced the cost of targeted advertising by 100 thousand rubles. per month, conducted a large-scale collaboration with the Kriek restaurant chain, and won the TimeOut Beauty Award.
Screenshots from Vlasova Lab’s Instagram with several key events: the opening of a joint studio with the PILKI company, participation in the TimeOut Beauty Awards and one of the photo shoots
But the working conditions did not suit me: there were no insurance guarantees, registration and office. Besides this, I didn’t want to stay in the beauty industry, so I went into teaching for a while.
I didn’t want to boost my personal brand as a teacher, so I just put out a call on my Instagram and Facebook. Almost immediately there were 3 people who had long wanted to try themselves in the SMM field and were happy to learn from my experience.
So I rested for a couple of months, trained several people in SMM, improved my English and set myself a higher bar.
In 2020, I interviewed and joined wave.video (aka Animatron, a subsidiary of JetBrains), headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. Now the Senior Social Media Marketing Manager is in place.
No one needs your skills: how to convince HR to hire you
The interview consisted of 5 stages:
- Video conference with the marketing director , where I talked about myself, my experience and interests. Here, in conversation mode, the level of English was checked. My future leader is an unusual man. He wanted to know more about my worldview and life principles. Therefore, do not hope that preparing answers using templates from the Internet will save you in such a situation.
- Test task , in which I was asked to write several posts, think through a promotion strategy with performance evaluation metrics, and create designs for posts.
- Video conference with one of the founders of the company , where we discussed the test task, skills and work experience. They asked me directly what I could do for the company.
- Video conference with the team. An important stage that can change everything. I had to find a common language with my future colleagues. This is an informal conversation. I recommend that you always monitor people’s reactions: if they nod their heads, laugh at jokes and actively continue the conversation, then everything is fine.
- The result was communication with the HR manager. He asked about habits, problems and weaknesses. After that, the manager called my previous managers to draw up a final portrait. It's good that I'm on excellent terms with everyone
A short list of activities to help you decide on a hobby
Below is not a complete list of hobbies that will help you find yourself. You don’t need to limit yourself to these points; it’s better to listen to your inner voice, which will tell you the right path.
As many people live in the world, there can be so many different activities. Hobbies can say a lot about a person's character. Perhaps some points will help you decide on your leisure time or find your favorite activity. What are your hobbies? We have prepared a list of the most popular hobbies.
Sport
It is difficult to argue with the fact that physical activity is very beneficial for health, of course, within reasonable limits.
Team sports are more often chosen by people who like to socialize. Usually it is not so important for them what to do, the main thing is with whom. Individual sports are chosen by purposeful and introverted people, for whom it is not the process itself that is important, but the result. They are less sociable, but quite hardworking and strong personalities.
Extreme sports are chosen by more powerful people, demonstrating their courage and causing admiration in the eyes of others. These are peculiar emotional addicts who get a storm of sensations from risk. It is difficult for such people to live in everyday routine; they strive to conquer the whole world.
Cooking
People who love to cook are characterized by attention to detail and diligence. These are very purposeful individuals who crave development.
Cooking develops imagination, creative thinking and creativity. Chefs usually have their own personal style, which manifests itself not only in dishes and recipes, but also in life. And also a love of cooking indicates well-developed taste and olfactory reflexes. This helps you choose only the best and freshest products. By the way, did you know about unusual factors that influence taste?
Music
Vocal and musical data reveal the sensuality of nature, its empathy. Often people who are interested in music are idealists not only in their professional activities, but also in everyday life. They strive to perfect their skills and do not understand when others do differently.
Musicians often draw inspiration from feelings, it can be either a crazy crush or some big trouble in life. Creative people rarely live in peace; they perceive all emotions too strongly and pass them through themselves.
Poetry or prose
Poets and writers usually have a rich imagination, they are able to deeply feel and experience emotions. These people also have a high level of empathy and self-control. They can abstract from external factors, relying more on their own intuition.
Writing develops imagination, attentiveness, memory and intelligence, and helps to learn many interesting facts.
Needlework
People who make things with their own hands are distinguished by perseverance and attentiveness. Embroidery, knitting, origami, bead weaving - all these activities perfectly develop fine motor skills and allow you to abstract from external stimuli.
The hobbies don't end with this list. One person can have several hobbies that can be combined perfectly.
If he does not have a single activity that brings him pleasure in his spare time, then this may indicate an overly pragmatic mindset. Such people are more susceptible to neuroses and depression. Happiness lies in spending your leisure time pleasantly; you don’t need to deny yourself what you love.

What is the man's character?
You just met, and you know practically nothing about him. Besides the fact that he is handsome, tall, blue-eyed. Or, on the contrary, short, dark, but also very, very... You chat pleasantly over a cup of coffee, about nothing... And then the words slip into his speech: my hobby, collection. Stop. Don’t miss the most important thing and take a keen interest in what he collects, hoards and what exactly he’s crazy about. It is unlikely that he will immediately show you the cards; collectors are distrustful and cautious. Most likely, he will only hint in a few words what falls within the sphere of his informal interests and is the limit of his “hobby” dreams. But even from this tiny amount of seemingly meaningless information, you will get a lot of useful information. Because collecting is like an x-ray, from it you can get acquainted with the internal structure of a man: find out what his character, inclinations, level of mental development, social status, orientation, complexes, income are and, if desired, even make a diagnosis.
It is not surprising that few people knew about the collection of “Stirlitz balalaikas” in the closet of his country house. Because on the basis of just one such stroke it is possible to draw, and we will now deal with this, far-reaching conclusions. By the way, collectors, although “beings” captured by a secret passion and slightly unhealthy, are, in principle, harmless and not at all lost to close contacts with the female sex. Let's try to determine his character, relationship prospects, as well as the pros and cons of his hobby. So, you found out what he collects:
Ritual masks from the Congo, tom-toms, crystal balls, amulets, rattles that ward off or perhaps attract evil spirits, fortune telling bones, pendulums and cowrie shells.
→ The character of the man: paranormal with an unconventional outlook on life, a penchant for mystification and explaining his actions as the influence of spirits. He is extravagance itself, bordering on slight madness and an indomitable desire to travel.
→ Prospects: if you have ever rolled a saucer (even as a joke), told fortunes with a daisy, and the first thing you look for in a magazine is an astrological forecast, you will be interested in this. One question: will you like living in an apartment that resembles either a yurt or a wigwam, where Tibetan bells hang from the ceiling and Chukchi-shamanic tambourines hang on the walls? Not sure yet? Then go to the store of ritual and esoteric supplies. If in half an hour here you don’t become stupefied by the occult culture, then everything is okay.
→ Cons: candles and incense burning and smoking at home day and night.
→ Pros: you will stop measuring tribute with the help of a school ruler and weighing the world with the help of a steelyard.
Stamps
→ The man’s character: homely and quite cozy. However, with occasional bouts of pedantry and petty punctuality, especially when it comes to “postal miniatures”.
→ Prospects: the philatelist is, in general, a normal and rather handsome man. If you don’t pay attention to his slight mania in trying to find a yellowed, seemingly absolutely worthless piece of paper, which he breathily calls “pink Guiana.” You can easily win his heart by carrying a magnifying glass on your key ring to look at stamps. He will be absolutely delighted with you. The main thing is not to call it a klyasser (album for stamps) - a paste.
→ Disadvantages: the need to master a lot of “useful” information and concepts such as perforation, gear gauge, coupling, block, overprint, denomination.
→ Pros: if he does find his treasured “Guiana”, you will not leave the Atlantic coast of the country of the same name (this, by the way, is in South America). By the way, all his “jewels” are in several albums, they take up almost no space and, as they say, they don’t ask for bread.
Money (Finnish, German), as well as pounds, francs, yen and drachma.
→ The character of a man: balanced and philosophical. His passion for bonistics is evidence that he is able to see the high in the ordinary. For him, greasy pieces of paper that do not smell are no longer a measure of value, not a means of payment, and not an object of accumulation, but art. He is absolutely calm when he hears the words “inflation” and “devaluation”, because he has known the ups and downs of the ruble, the lira and the Mongolian tugrik and has documentary evidence (colored pieces of paper with watermarks and many zeros).
→ Prospects: it is possible that, despite his rather modest financial situation, he has the generosity of a deranged Santa Claus, and all because he does not make a cult out of money. He firmly believes that today's current money has the ability to deteriorate and spoil people, so he spends it as soon as he gets it. However, all of the above does not apply to his collection - stacks of assorted banknotes. He protects them like the apple of his eye.
→ Cons: his collectible money is not money, but specimens. And you can’t raise your hand to them, even if you want to have a Guerlain lipstick or a Swarovski pendant to the point of cramps.
→ Pros: in a month you will easily begin to distinguish a cruzeiro from an escudo, and an escudo from a peso, you will learn that there are many different dollars in the world - Malayan, Liberian, Canadian, etc. In addition, you will stop cheating, trying to save and live a full-blooded life.
Stuffed birds, rodents and the like
→ The man’s character: “Greenpeace”, reverent, gentle, essentially approaching the philosophy of Shintoism. His craving for images of nature and his attempt to merge with it dates back to the time when he subscribed to the magazines “Young Naturalist” and “Animal Breeding”.
→ Prospects: he will make dates for you at biological stations, nurseries, nature reserves and pet stores. In the evenings you will enthusiastically look at the key to the Hymenoptera of the Meshchera region. He will affectionately call you hamster, jerboa, shrew and stroke your fur. And then you will feed his collection - a dozen guinea pigs.
→ Cons: unblinking glass eyes of owls and eagle owls in every corner of the room and a slight smell of a zoological museum.
→ Pros: the main plus is that he himself is not a taxidermist, that is, he does not make stuffed animals. He is a lover of nature, and since you are part of it, this love of his fully extends to you.
Gum stickers with naked women, old pocket calendars, empty cigarette packs and equally empty beer cans
→ The man’s character: simple, with elements of mental retardation.
→ Outlook: It’s unlikely that this garbage nonconformism will inspire you. If you do become interested in the owner of the collection, you can try to translate his passion for collecting into a direction that is more acceptable to you. Offer to start collecting French perfume bottles and evening dress hangers. You take on the most difficult part of the job of “emptying the container”.
→ Cons: it is possible that upon closer examination it will turn out that he is not a collector at all, but a greedy person, a petty thief and a penny-pincher.
→ Pros: in any case, you can fearlessly deal with a bunch of post-industrial trash by sending it down the garbage chute - the collector will not be upset. True, in a week the “collection” will be restored to its full, obscene volume.
Old telephones, gramophones, cup holders, irons, inkstands from the times of tables with green cloth and triples
→ The man’s character: sentimental, stylish and moderately confused. He loves everything that has a patina and bears the mark of time. At the same time, he is no stranger to the joys of today, including cigars and strong coffee.
→ Perspectives: with him you will be immersed in a wonderful atmosphere of pseudo-reminiscences, you will be nostalgic and yearn with a bright melancholy to the soul-stirring sounds of black blues, rockabilly of the 50s and Jobim’s bossa nova, swaying in a huge 1953 Oldsmobile. From literature there will be the late Ham and the early Abe, as well as Salinger, Warren and Faulkner. You can be envious!
→ Disadvantages: allergies to dust, the need to regularly visit antique shops, flea markets and live in a museum storeroom.
→ Pros: with such a man you are not ashamed to appear in any company. With him you will fully understand that life is beautiful.
Modern jazz records
→ The character of a man: avant-garde, impulsive and free. Extremely suspended vibrations are his element. It is unpredictable and at the same time flexible, viscous, and sometimes tough, like modern jazz improvisation.
→ Perspectives: if you are not ready to accept the crazy music, beware. For reasons of self-preservation. He, along with his music, can either be accepted for what he is, or not accepted at all. Just in case, try not to mention the names of Ricky Martin, Julio Iglesias and Modern Talking.
→ Cons: making adjustments and trying to “change the record” is a hopeless endeavor.
→ Pros: Once he hears Miles Davis's trumpet, he falls into a trance and becomes tame and pliable. And to tie this jazzite to you with ship's ropes, you just need to notice in time that Marcus Miller is an amazing bass player. He will hold you close and with a tear in his voice will say: “The Lord has heard my prayers!”
Cars are not cute and small, but big, growling and sparkling
→ The character of a man: real masculine. He is a dreamer boy who plays with toys all his life. And it doesn’t matter that the toys are big and expensive. He wants to play, and if there is an opportunity, why not do it? Prospects: you are in a Jaguar, you are in a Rolls-Royce, you are in a Bentley, you are in a Lincoln. Although another scenario is possible: you are in the “kopek”, you are in the “five”, you are in the “six”, you are in the “nine”.
→ Disadvantages: if you look stylish in one car, this does not mean that you will also look stylish in another. He plays, and, as you know, there are quite a lot of toys.
→ Pros: you don’t ride on crowded buses.
Socialist Realist paintings
→ Character of a man: pragmatist, far-sighted, coldly calculating and knows what he is doing. By investing modest funds in images of blast furnaces, hydroelectric power plants and five-year plans, he reasonably hopes to receive good dividends.
→ Prospects: all the walls will be covered with posters and canvases. You will wake up under the drummers-farmers, have breakfast with the tractor drivers, and have sex under the strict supervision of members of the Central Committee.
→ Disadvantages: on the street you will start addressing everyone as “comrade”, and at home you will re-read the Pravda files for 1975 that you pulled out of the closet.
→ Pros: the nausea from the works of unknown masters of the brush will help you overcome the confidence that someday your children will successfully arrange masterpieces and decorate their home with something less manic.
Autographs
→ A man’s character: variations are possible. Either he is just an addicted person, or he has low self-esteem. In the latter case, things are bad and, bowing to authorities, he completely destroys himself as a person.
→ Prospects: if the fanatical interest of a talented and extraordinary person in the stroke of someone else’s pen is just a hobby, that’s a different matter. Which gives you the opportunity from time to time to make inexpensive, but very pleasant gifts. For example, you buy a monograph by the German professor of anthropology Weidenreich in the Second-hand Bookstore, and a student’s ink pen in the school supplies department. You dilute the ink thinner and clumsily write on the first page: Dr. Franz Wendenreich Berlin 1927. That's it! He's truly happy.
→ Cons: with low self-esteem at the stage of a clinical case - no prospects. He will drool all his life in the presence of more or less famous characters. Well, how can I explain to him that the autograph of some modern entertainer from television or a pop star is of no interest to anyone, including themselves!
→ Pros: the autograph collection is compact and in this sense even outperforms the stamp collection.
