Try to surround yourself with people who inspire you. If you do have to interact with those who drain you, find a way to replenish your energy reserves after such interaction.
Our mind absorbs, like a sponge, all the interactions we have with other people every day. There are people whose communication inspires us, they give us support, positivity and energy. However, there are also those who, almost unnoticed by us, cause us harm: communication with them tires us. This fatigue has nothing to do with physical activity, it is not the same as if we were lifting weights or running a marathon. We are talking about mental fatigue.
The main symptoms of emotional fatigue
People who suffer most from psycho-emotional exhaustion have strong reactions to the actions of those who, in their opinion, act wrongly.
Such people are very disturbed and made nervous by various irritants - bright lights, loud conversations, the noise of passing traffic or the roar of the engine of an airplane approaching to land. Until emotional exhaustion occurs, people quite clearly demonstrate their sensations and feelings. If they find it funny, they smile or laugh; if they feel sad, they become sad. An angry person often pours out his feelings on others - he screams and is indignant. When negative emotions accumulate, they begin to provoke strong emotional experiences that can cause a nervous breakdown or stress.
If there is no replenishment of positive emotions, life loses its colors. A person's character changes.
The most common symptoms of emotional fatigue:
- Constant sleepiness. Since the motivation to act disappears and negative thoughts predominate, a person finds any work or activity extremely difficult.
- Deterioration of memory and attention. A person’s condition does not allow him to accurately remember the necessary information; he stops focusing his attention on important details.
- Physical fatigue. Emotional exhaustion often causes a feeling of chronic fatigue. Even in the morning, after a long sleep, a person does not feel a surge of strength.
- Predominance of negative emotions. Such people are characterized by detachment, isolation and reluctance to communicate. A glance directed in their direction or an attempt to start a conversation causes anger.
- Conflict. The level of irritation is not comparable to the cause that caused it; it is much higher.
- Reluctance to communicate with friends and family.
Emotional exhaustion, if urgent preventive measures are not taken, intensifies over time and passes into another stage, which is called “emotional burnout.”
"Better death than fatigue." - Leonardo da Vinci.
What is Life for each of us? Eternal running? An attempt to escape from ourselves, even if our whole nature resists this? Or maybe like in these lines:
Running in a hysterical chariot, Stones in the side and dust in the face, The trembling of a tired spoke, And the wind is a whirlwind, and a new porch. Dry sweat, tired hands, Everything mixed up: fatigue, pain... Well, what kind of life is this? Turning the pages It's time to write another role.
There is an opinion that the body does not know fatigue, only the spirit. What does this mean? The fact that in the dynamic rush of life we often cannot really consider the necessary stops along the way. In body language, this means that we are ready to take care of anything, but not his actual needs for a reasonable alternation of work and rest.
This material somewhat lifts the curtain on such a well-known condition as fatigue, considering it not only from the physical and psychosomatic, but also from the metaphysical sides.
“A person’s struggle for his health is endless and continuous; it combats the entire range of illnesses, from ordinary fatigue and lassitude (plus the general tendency to catch colds) to fatal illnesses.” – A. A. Bailey. Esoteric Healing.
Perhaps not everyone is familiar with the acronym CFS - chronic fatigue syndrome , which cannot be said about fatigue itself.
But is fatigue so dominant that it is literally the scourge of modern times, or maybe doctors are exaggerating and this is another far-fetched problem? Decide for yourself, but do it after reading this material.
At the same time, chronic fatigue syndrome - CFS - is today considered by many sciences - medicine, psychology, biorhythmology.
In addition, it is not always worthwhile to perceive this syndrome in its original cause-and-effect relationship, namely through viral etiology, because, in my opinion, the problem is much broader and goes beyond the boundaries of immunology and related disciplines. For, if you believe the statement I once heard that the body does not know fatigue, it is fatigue of the spirit, then the consideration of the topic I have chosen smoothly flows from the physical to the metaphysical. “Fatigue of the spirit is indistinguishable from physical fatigue, except for one detail: physical energy is not actually distorted towards fatigue.” - Ra. Law of One.
In any case, as I do with enviable regularity, I will continue my research, moving in all directions, synthesizing and considering the desired subject holistically.
PHYSIOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE PROBLEM
Here is what traditional medical science indicates about fatigue: chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS, fatigue syndrome after a viral illness, benign myalgic encephalomyelitis) is a disease that is most widespread in civilized countries.
The disease is characterized by prolonged fatigue that does not go away even after
long rest.
The occurrence of CFS is associated with the development of neurosis of the central regulatory centers of the autonomic nervous system, caused by inhibition of the activity of the zone responsible for inhibitory processes.
Factors provoking the disease are unbalanced emotional and intellectual stress to the detriment of physical activity.
And this is already a step towards psychosomatics and its hidden influence, at least in the eyes of the classical alma mater.
“There are times when high debt forces us to cross a critical line, but this does not mean that we should turn such emergency measures into the rule. Pain and fatigue serve as warnings to us, and they cannot be ignored with impunity. An individual who forces himself beyond the natural endurance of his body through an effort of will will reap the benefits of this, even if he uses religious dogma to justify his actions. The gods never support a course of human action that is contrary to the laws established to govern the world." – M. P. Hall Healing.
This unfavorable physical and mental condition is based on a symptom complex that includes depression, worsening mood, muscle weakness, causeless attacks of anger/aggression/irritation, and a state of partial prostration against a background of dissatisfaction and indifference. Unlike ordinary fatigue or simply fatigue (short-term lack of sleep, jet lag, intense physical and mental stress), chronic fatigue falls into the category of conditions that require close consideration and adequate measures.
Often the parasitic and viral nature behind CFS is hidden, for example, the Epstein-Barr virus, cytomegalovirus, herpes virus, Coxsackie virus, hepatitis C, enterovirus, and retrovirus are often detected.
The etiology of this condition contains deep-seated preconditions, among which not least unresolved psycho-emotional and sexual problems, as well as failure to follow one’s own biorhythms and chronotypes.
PSYCHOSOMATIC CAUSES OF FATIGUE
“Sometimes you get so mentally tired that you want to go out and get some air. If only it were possible to open the windows of consciousness and ventilate everything there thoroughly...” - M. Vlyuchenka. While your heart is beating.
But here are the “first signs”, bringing us the news that fatigue or the lack thereof is controlled by the adrenal glands - “soldiers of the endocrine system” and two paired glands belonging to the seven main ones, which control the entire internal secretion system.
“Due to repeated emotions of excitement, anger, rage, etc., the adrenal glands, if the time between requests is not enough for the glands to recover, the result is temporary or chronic adrenal insufficiency. Such a person becomes tired, sensitive to cold, has cold hands and feet, which sometimes become covered with bluish-red spots, loses appetite and interest in life, and develops mental instability, characterized by indecisiveness and a tendency to worry and cry over the most insignificant things.” – Max Handel. Esoteric principles of health and healing.
Fatigue also “hides” problems with the thyroid gland: auto-aggressive processes, hypofunction of the glands, which in turn are caused by such repressed feelings as guilt and resentment.
And another psychosomatic mechanism for the occurrence of fatigue, described in the psychological literature: “ A common symptom that often occurs due to prohibitions is chronic fatigue . Here again, it is not always easy to decide whether a person suffers from neurotic fatigue or is actually tired, and only psychotherapy or some kind of spontaneous emotional crisis will determine that his fatigue is due to excessive expenditure of energy supporting the internal status quo. The great influx of energy that most people experience when they are in love is due to the reduction of inhibitions and the release of energy previously contained in fantasy, and many people are familiar with the increase in energy that occurs when the need to suppress irritation and anger is no longer necessary." - Charles Rycroft . Anxiety and neuroses.
Almost all researchers, regardless of focus and traditions, note the close interaction of the body and psyche and their mutual psychosomatic conditionality in the occurrence of fatigue.
“The cells of the leg are conscious, but they are slaves of ideas; they are not self-conscious, they cannot give rise to an idea, although when they are tired they can convey to the brain a feeling of discomfort, thereby giving rise to the idea of tiredness. Instinct is the lowest state of consciousness. - Secret Doctrine. Synthesis of science, religion, and philosophy of H. P. Blavatsky. Volume 3.
And here is how Antonio Meneghetti describes ontologically the emergence of fatigue and other accompanying symptoms: “Usually the process of incorporating psychosomatics into action has two phases: the first, which is not paid attention to, manifests itself in childhood, the second - sometimes in adolescence. The first phase is preserved in the form of a mnemonic trace in the individual’s body, the second phase is prepared by a period of tension, a paraneurotic period, which is indicated by minor disorders: liver dysfunction, nervous exhaustion, fatigue; if these signals are not received and properly interpreted, the disease, instead of disappearing, will become latent.” – A. Meneghetti. Psychosomatics.
Thus, a materialistic view of the nature of CFS separates us not only from integrity with the Universe, but also on a more “mundane level” from the influence of the psychic world on a very harmonious, but not flawless mechanism of physiology.
For no matter how we treat psychology as a science, it is hardly worth denying the fact that the influence of emotions and thoughts that form the software algorithm to a greater or lesser extent reveals “weak links” in the body, leading to very tangible problems and diseases.
And in this sense, information expansion is doing its job, turning many of us into a controlled tool, which over time loses its vital energy exponentially.
What to do about this is a completely logical question that can be answered simply, but made more difficult, learning to get rid of habitual automatism in all manifestations of life, both physical and mental.
“We usually live with only an insignificant part of our functions and our strength, because we are not aware that we are machines and that we do not know the nature and functioning of our mechanism. We are machines. We are completely controlled by external circumstances. All our actions follow in the direction of less resistance to the pressure of external circumstances.
For example, a person is tired. The first blow follows: some kind of print is mechanically revealed. Still mechanically, this print affects another print and sets it in motion. The second impression sets in motion the third, the third sets in motion the fourth, etc. The center begins to live, act, that is, manifest itself. These are what we call body associations ." - George Gurdjieff. Conversations with students.
FATIGUE AS A CHANGE IN VIBRATION
But is fatigue always a consequence of our physical and/or mental imperfections? As the subsequent narrative will show, not at all.
For the general increase in vibration and sensitivity in aspirants and students, in view of what I have described as galactic changes, planetary transition, harvesting of the planet, makes its own adjustments to the physical and mental organization of the individual and his susceptibility to all sorts of distortions in the form of various ailments and disorders.
“ The result of raising the vibration in you, the aspirant, can also manifest in many ways. It can be expressed in bodily fatigue , and it will have to be dealt with - not so much through sleep and rest, although they are needed in certain doses - but through a change in vibration, entertainment and fun. Secondly, it often expresses itself in deep depression, in great depression of heart when you look into the future. However, look to the future, remembering that the future is not revealed to us, but “joy may come in the morning.” – A. A. Bailey. Treatise on White Magic.
And here is another interesting testimony from our Pleiadian ancestors:
“ Sometimes spiritual and etheric changes happen so quickly that your body, mind and emotions are unable to keep up with them . And sometimes these changes have such a profound impact on your perception of yourself that you may feel disoriented and generally fuzzy. You may feel tired and overworked, or, conversely, an excess of strength. You may feel like running away to nowhere, or you may collapse and be unable to move.” – Legacy of the Pleiades. Awakening Ka energy. Amora Kuan-Yin.
And here is another channeled information about the vibrational inconsistencies of the current third density body - carbon, with the vibrations of our planet, which is already moving at full speed in the more refined frequencies of love-understanding of the fourth density.
“In the traditional sense, the body does not “feel” higher frequency vibrations. The highest levels of energy are very pure, light and subtle. You will experience a sense of expansion and purity, along with immense levels of love and compassion. Gradually, your fitness will begin to feel more energized most of the time. Fewer hours of sleep will be required. Sometimes you will feel immensely tired and need to sleep more, but this is only during the transition period.” – Sal Rachel. Messages from the Founders.
FATIGUE AS A MENTAL ATTACK
But there is also a metaphysical reason for chronic fatigue, especially when it “falls on” suddenly, spontaneously, like a bear. In this case, it is the body’s reaction to a mental attack that occurs as an inevitable consequence of such a negative influence.
These can be astral influences or the influence of an astral parasite - an entity (discarnate human and non-human form) that attaches or settles into the emotional and mental body of a person, uses his life force (through the etheric body) and often guides his psycho-emotional nature, behavioral pattern, and sometimes and life itself.
Often such “guests” are invited by a person unconsciously through alcohol (not only alcoholism and everyday drunkenness, but also any alcohol consumption), narcotic and sexual (treason/adultery, perversion) energy/astral “gates”.
“There are parts of your space/time where this condition is a symptom of a reaction to a psychic attack. However, chronic fatigue does not arise due to psychic greeting, but is an inevitable consequence of this contact.
Question : Why is the investigation inevitable? What contact mechanism creates fatigue?
Ra : I am Ra. The mechanism that creates fatigue is the relationship between the density at which the instrument's mind/body/spirit complex is safe during contact and the density at which the instrument's physical body complex resides in that space/time. As the instrument takes on more resting density coloration, third density experiences appear heavier and more wearing. The instrument accepts this because it wishes to remain in service. We also accept this effect, because, as far as we realize, nothing can be done about it.” – Ra Materials. Law of One. Book 5.
And here is another valuable source of information from Sri Aurobindo’s spiritual companion in the world - Mirra Richard, who prepared cellular transformation for all of us.
Mother: “I’m not entirely sure that all this pain and fatigue, which is felt constantly and everywhere in the body, does not come ... is not the result of bad will.” It feels like “organized” thoughts are directed at me. - Satprem. Mother's Agenda.
Influences from other people - malicious/magical or unconscious - are not uncommon and not
a paradox, rather an existing given of density in which, through the lack of proper self-awareness, all discontent, anger and even hatred are not identified with oneself and the unbalanced nature of the desire mind, easily programmed by everyone and everything.
That is, any source of one’s own problems is projected outward: first of all, onto one’s family, loved ones, friends and acquaintances, and then onto everything else in the environment. Therefore, due to the constant astral bubbling, this energy is poured out on unaware people who are less protected mentally, and therefore more vulnerable to this kind of influence through a mixture of fears, anger, misunderstanding, irritation, envy, malice, rivalry, and judgment.
Such psychic energy simply depletes the vital energy of the vital or etheric body, leading, accordingly, both the source of influence and those to whom it is directed, to physical ailments, for the body is the first in a series of negative radiation to respond with imbalance.
Therefore , it is not uncommon for symptoms and conditions that are inexplicable by modern medicine to lead to diseases of all organs and systems. But most often the centers and organs in the abdomen and lower extremities are affected. And as I wrote in the article SECRETS OF THE HEART: THYMUS AND ANAHATA, the nervous system is the first to react, then the endocrine system, then the immune system, and so on. Therefore, experienced body therapists and reflexologists can interrupt such mental interference or attack by restoring natural balance.
I also cannot help but cite here a poetically picturesque excerpt of the process of fatigue and any resistance to it by Sujata, Satprem’s spiritual companion: “Clinging fatigue, more than fatigue. But now I understand the workings of this storm better, so to speak. You are being smashed to pieces, smashed cruelly, like a small skiff in a hurricane - because there is something inside that is building a wall. There are many small walls and these waves come to break against these walls and you are shaken. If there were no walls anywhere, they would rush past, and there would be no storm. The slightest reaction is a wall: disgust is a wall, sensations are a wall (the slightest sensation), everything that objectifies things in relation to yourself is a wall. As soon as you say or feel, “This is disgusting,” instantly a wall appears and waves crash over it. If you say, “everything smells like rose water,” then probably everything will smell like rose water! Therefore, indignation against slander is a wall, Barun’s meanness is a wall…. You need to be like the breeze. Transparent. Universalization of the breeze. We can say that storms exist only thanks to our walls, and that in the real world as it is, without walls, everything is like rose water! - Satprem. Notes of the Apocalypse.
What follows from the above? At a minimum, any fatigue has its own source of origin and there may be several of them.
This is why keeping your mind and body clean becomes important. In this sense, the exercises for emotional and mental self-purification that I gave in the article WE ARE IN THE 4TH DIMENSION?! UPDATE KEYS.
In addition, regular use of the practice “PROTECTIVE BODY OF LIGHT” MEDITATION .
GET RID OF FATIGUE
“The main thing is not to let fatigue get into you... Fatigue can take over your body, but not you.” – Haruki Murakami
And here is what my Teacher, author of Integral Yoga, Sri Aurobindo Ghose, says about fatigue: “If the body is not capable, due to fatigue or for any other reason, of supporting the mind and will, then the action ends in failure or remains to a certain extent unsatisfactory and incomplete. In what, as poetic inspiration seems to be a purely mental act of the Spirit, there is a responsive vibration of the brain, its opening as a channel for thought, vision, the power of light and word, that is, the fulfillment of its path through the search for perfect expression.
If the brain is tired or obscured by any obstacle, then either inspiration will not come and nothing will be written, or low inspiration will take the place of high, or the brain will find it easier to incline to a less enlightened stimulus, or it will labor, create and respond. to a poetic forgery, then the work will not achieve success and the result will be something secondary. Even in purely mental activity, the suitability, readiness or high level of training of the bodily instrument is an indispensable condition. This responsiveness is part of the total perfection of the body.” - Sri Aurobindo. Supramental Manifestation on Earth.
Such total perfection is not only the path of the chosen ones, but in the current transition period it is very problematic to achieve it.
Be that as it may, chronic fatigue has two ways out - constructive and destructive.
In the first case, having realized the true reasons and taken adequate measures, we not only
We get rid of the root cause and their consequences, but also prevent their development in the future.
Well, in the second - exhaustion, prolonged illness and many other unpleasant consequences.
Therefore, early diagnosis allows not only to find, but also to neutralize hidden external and/or internal enemies of the body.
Moreover, this can be done remotely and without expensive research and analysis.
And natural treatment aimed at strengthening the immune system, its adaptogenic and biostimulating abilities, will send chronic fatigue into oblivion.
VITAL BODY – CAUSE AND REMEDY OF FATIGUE
It is no secret to spiritual and esoteric researchers that it is the etheric body that is the basis for the vitality of the visible dense physical instrument. And this is the vital body, which is not yet held in high esteem by physiologists, because even surgeons who remove/amputate limbs recognize a certain etheric-nervous conditionality behind phantom pains, “not receiving” enough pranic energy, which I wrote about in my various articles, respectively “undersupplies” the visible body with it. Hence the well-known fatigue.
“Mental experience causes fatigue and waste of matter due to the overactive activity of that internal combustion engine which we call the vital body. Our experience on the physical and mental plane entails fatigue, illness, decline and death. We feel this waste as fatigue and try at every step to save ourselves by changing the nature of work and thought.” – E. Krishnamacharya. Spiritual psychology.
And here it would be quite appropriate to recall the expression of Vivekananda, who argued that the best rest is a change of work. And if this work is also fully dedicated to the Divine Source, then we do not know fatigue on the path of life.
And indeed, if not work as a gift of development, but work for survival, then it is the fatigue of the spirit that will not linger with its “tired” reminder to us.
And here the questions asked to Djwhal Khulu regarding vital energy and its conservation would be logical: “What are the main conditions that must be met for the formation of a strong and healthy vital (etheric or vital - author) body? Can a person with a weak vital body strengthen it? Can the so-called weak vital body be at the same time healthy if the weakness is expressed in lack of endurance and slow recovery of strength after fatigue?
When you speak of a weak vital body, I assume that you mean its poor coherence with the physical vehicle; therefore, it does not hold tightly to the external form, for only the tight connection of the etheric body with the physical form provides all its endurance. You are right that you can be completely healthy and at the same time get tired quickly.
Here are the main factors that contribute to recovery, or better etheric control:
- Sunlight.
- Good nutrition with a predominance of proteins and vitamins.
- You should try to avoid fatigue and anxiety.
All this is currently hampered by climate, world conditions, environment and our civilization, so a person has to put up with a state of affairs that is beyond his personal control.
A healthy, prudent and measured life is the best way to increase vitality. I think that's what you mean. However, it must be remembered that where the vital body is weakened and conditions are such that restoration of vital control is difficult or impossible, the karmic limitations must be recognized and submitted to them, leaving everything to take its course. This particular life is not the only one. Often, in a particular embodiment, conditions cannot be changed and are prolonged due to internal protest and lack of humility. The student must learn to move forward, as they say, in spite of, and not because of, circumstances .” - Djwhal Khul. Esoteric Healing.
For my part, I can add - study your body, its natural rhythms, your chronotype, which I wrote about in detail in my article HUMAN BIORHYTHMS AND CHRONOTYPES, as well as your body’s own reactions to interaction with other people, outlining healthy boundaries.
Also remove excess information from your subconscious by conducting periodic inspections (the mind will easily help, because everything it is stuck on lies on the surface).
Maintain a reasonable faculty of discrimination and, as Dale Carnegie said: “Rest before fatigue, and you will add an hour a day to your active life.” And be healthy!

How does emotional fatigue develop?
A person can still work effectively, but the work no longer brings him satisfaction. His enthusiasm gradually disappears. It takes him more and more time to complete work tasks. It is no longer possible to give yourself strength with a cup of coffee or aromatic tea. It is not possible to fully recover even on weekends.
Signs of emotional fatigue are becoming more and more apparent:
- Nothing can bring joy, the emotional spectrum is gradually narrowing.
- Every day, hostility towards others intensifies, external respectability no longer hides disdain and coldness in the gaze.
- The optimistic attitude towards life disappears, there are no plans for the future.
- A person becomes so indifferent that he is not interested in his own life.
- A once benevolent attitude towards those closest to you develops into deep alienation.
- Envy may arise towards more successful colleagues. Rivalry intensifies, open conflicts with managers are possible.
- The desire to go in search of a better job increases, since the current one is no longer attractive.
With emotional fatigue, the vital balance between how much mental energy and physical strength a person expends and how much he receives during rest and communication with family, close friends and work colleagues is disrupted.
Risks
Fatigue reduces a person’s performance and productivity, which results in personal dissatisfaction and a conviction of one’s own inadequacy. In turn, this is dangerous due to the appearance of depression, nervous breakdowns, etc.
An exhausted person tends to withdraw into himself, begins to avoid communication, and withdraws. In addition, the immune system suffers, which leads to multiple diseases and frequent colds.
Emotional fatigue, how to overcome negative syndrome
To prevent a poor emotional state from becoming the cause of real physical illnesses, you need to try to start fighting it as early as possible. But this does not mean that you have to overcome your desires and do something through force. On the contrary, you need to focus attention on yourself, be in focus and analyze any, even not very good, actions or feelings. However, you should not judge yourself.
You should try to correct the situation as follows:
- Relax and not think about annoying moments at work. Forget about quarrels with your loved one, take up a hobby, meditation. Go on a tourist trip or go for a massage or go to the gym.
- Set aside at least one day a week for your needs. Have the opportunity to relax in such a way that no one disturbs or invades personal space.
- Try to ensure that any completed order or task is given a positive assessment. As a last resort, independently evaluate your work and reward yourself with valuable prizes. For example, buying your favorite ice cream or a new album from a popular rock band.
Having overcome emotional fatigue syndrome, you should not remember past thoughts and feelings. You need to keep moving forward, but with your head turned back, you won’t get far—you might stumble again.

Anxious people become anxious, depressed people fall into apathy
– Among your clients were people of a strictly specific type? For example, anxious? Can we say that Covid affects certain people but not others?
– No, I haven’t seen this among those who have recovered. This was more typical for the hotline of the Volunteers to Help Orphans Foundation, where I worked in the spring, when the foundation reoriented its hotline for Covid. There, those who were worried became even more worried. Those who throughout life feared for their health developed phobias, those who were prone to depression fell into depression, that is, “where it breaks, it breaks.” But it was not those who had recovered from the disease who called there, but those whose psychological and social problems worsened during self-isolation.
Among those who have recovered, there is no uniform picture - these are people of completely different social strata, different backgrounds, different views.
Often people become afraid from a lack of information, because none of the doctors can really explain anything about the new disease. For example, when you go to pull out a tooth, they tell you: “There will be a hollow, we will put medicine there, it will heal on the fourth day. When the frost goes away, it will hurt, this is normal. You will take these pills.” This is not the case with the new disease, and the person has questions:
“I’ve had terrible weakness for a month now. Now I will always have weakness, I will not recover, I will not become the same as before?
Those who were anxious, as soon as information appeared that it was possible to become infected again, of course, began to worry: “What if I get sick again? What if my illness had some consequences, and now I will have lung problems, autoimmune diseases, or get lung cancer? As you can imagine, Google now provides abundant fodder for the imagination of an anxious person.
Those weakened by Covid fall into depression. Moreover, in combination with weakness, depression of an apathetic type results. Because depression can manifest itself in different ways: for some the leading emotion is melancholy, for others it is despair (and in combination with the fact that a person has enough strength, this is a very dangerous form, because he can commit irreparable ). Depression after Covid is when a person just lies there, doesn’t want to get up from the couch, doesn’t want to take a shower, and can’t bring himself to do anything.
Here it is also important to understand that before the epidemic, residents of large cities lived by the philosophy of managerialism and achievement.
“You need to manage your life, constantly develop, achieve something.” When a person has suffered from coronavirus and is weakened, he cannot live like this, at least for some time. But perfectionist attitudes, ideas about how to be successful, what society wants from us, cannot be thrown out of our heads at one moment.
That is, anxiety arises not only because of the coronavirus itself, but because of the fact that “How can I stop? How will this affect my career?
STRESS
- this is the body’s response to strong external stimuli, overexertion, negative emotions.
It is commonly believed that only negative factors cause stress, but in fact, a very joyful or unexpected event can also cause stress if it is important and significant in a person's life.
There are different reasons for stress, for example, moving, changing jobs, losing a loved one, divorce, financial problems. Even less significant events that happen to a person throughout the day can also cause stress: a trip on public transport, a long line, a conflict at work, a quarrel with a loved one.
