Typical Deep PEAT Therapy

There are several steps involved in dealing with a chronic problem such as low self-esteem, overeating, or other long-term bad habits. He then focuses on one incident or experience, helping the client clearly identify the most difficult part of that experience. Next, a goal structure is created, the result that the patient would like to receive from his therapy is set.
