Coding from alcoholism: terrible consequences for the psyche and health

Drinking alcoholic beverages is now common. Alcohol disrupts the functioning of the body and internal organs and is highly addictive. And with the systematic intake of alcoholic beverages, alcoholism occurs. In such situations, the person himself and loved ones cannot help at home, and a decision is made about coding.

Coding is a set of measures aimed at reducing and completely eliminating cravings for alcoholic beverages. Carried out by specialists in specialized drug treatment clinics. There are companies that provide medical assistance to the patient’s home.

There are many options for influencing the physiology and psyche of an individual to get rid of alcohol addiction. The methods for effectively coding alcoholism are varied and this is due to the fact that everyone in need of help has personal characteristics. Each of which requires an approach. Medicine improves old methods and develops new ones.

The purpose of the coding is not only to stop the need to drink alcohol-containing drinks, but also to restore after the destructive effect of ethanol, a substance formed from alcohol, on organ systems. The basis of the encoding’s action is physical intolerance to alcohol and therefore an aversion to alcohol develops, as well as a mental conviction about the possibility of stopping drinking alcohol.

When seeing a person in need of help, a narcologist takes into account the following factors:

  1. Age, gender
  2. Health, concomitant chronic diseases.
  3. Stage of alcoholism, presence of drunkenness.
  4. Patient's emotional state and socio-economic status.

Medication methods

Today, the most common medicinal coding methods for alcoholism. They have many advantages:

  • suitable for eliminating addiction of any form and stage;
  • show good results for the prevention of relapses and as maintenance therapy;
  • the active substances of the administered drugs act quickly, so that the effect is achieved immediately after the procedure;
  • clinics offer a large selection of alcohol blockers, dosages and administration options.

Medication

You can get coded with the help of medications at home, but in any case, the procedure must be prescribed and monitored by a narcologist.

Torpedo and Esperal

Torpedo is a common, but quite painful method, in which a sterile capsule with a disulfiram-based drug (Antinol, Stopetil, Binostim, etc.) is sewn into the back area under the skin to a depth of approximately 3 cm. From the moment the procedure is carried out, the medicine is gradually released so that the concentration of the active substance in the blood is maintained at the same level. After this, even small doses of alcohol that enter the body provoke a sharp deterioration in well-being. The method is valid for 6 months or more.

Esperal is a French-made drug. It is used both in the form of tablets and in ampoules for intravenous or subcutaneous administration. Esperal is considered one of the most effective coding methods for alcoholism. When combined with alcohol, the substance causes severe intoxication. The person begins to vomit, has a rapid heartbeat, and blood pressure rises sharply. After the first time, an alcoholic develops a fear of a repetition of unpleasant symptoms, and over time, an aversion to not only the taste, but also the smell of alcohol is developed.

SITNIT and MST

Some of the newest drugs that are very widely used today for the treatment of alcoholism are SIT, NIT, MST. Their action is based on the biochemical processes occurring in the body after drinking alcohol. These means of coding for alcohol dependence are used only in one form - intravenously. The minimum period of abstinence from alcohol before the procedure should be at least 3 days. After administration of the drug, even a minimal dose of alcohol causes suffocation, convulsions, and arrhythmic shock.

The duration of action of the drugs depends on the dosage and can range from 3 to 24 months.

Delphison injections

If Delphison is chosen, the patient is first told about the effect of the medicine and what will happen in case of failure. In case of voluntary consent, an intravenous injection is given.

The option to be encoded by Delphison is best chosen by those who are determined to quit their addiction. The fact is that the consequences of drinking alcohol (regardless of the dose and strength) in this case are very severe - the person experiences an attack of severe suffocation. This is how the “alcohol is death” attitude is formed.

The duration of the drug is 6 months. According to experts, this time is enough to completely get rid of addiction.

Aquilong and Vivitrol

Two more popular methods of coding for alcoholism are the use of the drugs Aquilong and Vivitrol.

Aquilong contains disulfiram, which causes severe intoxication when drinking alcohol. The drug is administered intravenously regularly for 3 days. During this time, it is advisable for the patient to remain in a hospital setting. The recognized advantages of this option are the duration of action (the period can be up to 5 years), as well as the relatively low cost with good performance indicators.

Aquilong

The principle of action of Vivitrol is different. The main active ingredient, naltrexone, blocks opioid receptors in the central nervous system. As a result, a person does not experience any pleasure from intoxication and interest in alcohol fades away. The effect of the drug is designed for 1 month, after which the procedure is repeated. The course of treatment with Vivitrol is six months.

Tetlong

Tetlong is another drug whose active ingredient is disulfiram. After intramuscular administration, the drug blocks the production of enzymes responsible for processing ethanol. As a result, after alcohol enters the body, a person’s condition greatly deteriorates. Against this background, a persistent aversion to alcoholic beverages is formed as a cause of poor health.

The duration of the drug is 20 days, after which you need to take the next injection to consolidate the result. In addition to the main effect, Tetlong has a mild calming effect.

Effective methods for coding alcoholism

Medication coding

Medicines are effective and easy to use. The effect of the drugs is incompatibility with alcohol. Drugs used:

  1. Disulfiram.
  2. SIT.
  3. Esperal.
  4. Colma.
  5. Binastim.
  6. Veritrol.
  7. Naltrexone.
  8. Vivitrol.

Medicines are used through different routes of administration. In the form of tablets, implants, which are sewn under the skin for various periods, in ampoules administered intravenously or intramuscularly, and in drops. Medicines made using different technologies, but their basis is disulfiram preparations. These pharmacological groups block the liver’s synthesis of alcohol breakdown products, and at the same time they accumulate in the blood.

This causes a deterioration of the condition, a rapid reaction of the body to the negative effects of alcohol. Poisoning occurs - nausea develops, vomiting begins, the skin turns red, a burning sensation occurs in the stomach and chest, and shortness of breath. There is a headache, increased heart rate, dizziness and swelling of the lower extremities. Convulsions, cardiac dysfunction, and even cardiac arrest may occur.

After coding, the patient knows about these consequences, what will happen if he drinks a dose of alcohol, and is much more careful about this. The constant deterioration of the condition causes a persistent aversion to alcohol, as a result, cravings and an addictive state almost completely disappear. The fear of death suppresses the desire to drink. Courses of drugs vary from one-time use to the need to inject 1-2 times a month throughout the year.

The duration of action is also different, for example, Esperal tablets are effective for two weeks, while others have the necessary effect for 1-2 years. Over time, a person interested in his own cure gets rid of his addiction. Restores body functions impaired by alcohol and works to eliminate social and economic problems arising from alcoholism. After the “sobriety injection” ends, the former addict does not return to past times from the realization of how negatively this affected the quality of life. Before using the drugs, limit the consumption of alcoholic beverages for 3 days.

Drug treatment must be carried out under the constant supervision of specialists.

How people are coded for drinking alcohol

The choice of method should be based on the individual characteristics of the patient. A narcologist or psychologist will help you identify them. There are several main directions in how to code for alcoholism, and each of them has its own pros and cons. The main task of any of them is to develop a persistent aversion to alcohol. To do this, drugs are administered that induce vomiting, and psychological suggestion is formed during hypnosis sessions to induce alcohol intolerance.

Medication coding

Special medications are sewn in and manipulations are carried out that will prevent the body from fully breaking down ethanol and removing it from the body. Decomposition products (metabolites) will provoke serious conditions for humans. If encoded in this way, then the following techniques are used:

  1. Injections. An injection is given into a vein or muscle, with a medicine that causes an aversion to alcohol.
  2. Laser therapy. Similar to the acupuncture method, it is possible to encode due to the impact on biologically active points. This helps to discourage the craving for drinking; the procedure is carried out only with the help of special equipment in the clinic.
  3. Sewing in a Disulfiram torpedo. A drug is stitched into the back and arm, which, when broken down, enters the bloodstream and causes 100% rejection of alcohol by the body.
  4. Taking medications. Treatment is prescribed with Esperal and Disulfiram, which are incompatible with alcohol.

Acupuncture

This technique will help block the processing and breakdown of alcohol in the body. For the procedure, thin silver needles are used, which are placed so as to influence biologically active points. They are responsible for the production of enzymes by the liver; stopping this process leads to the agony of food poisoning even with small doses of alcohol. Only a masochist would want to experience such sensations again.

Acupuncture should only be coded by a certified specialist. Violations of the technique can lead to side effects and lack of desired results. Before making an appointment with a doctor, be sure to check his competence. Laser therapy has a similar effect, but instead of needles, special equipment is used. It is better to carry out the procedure in a clinic.

Hypnosis

This is a psychotherapeutic technique that is aimed at influencing the patient’s subconscious. The doctor instills in the patient a feeling of disgust for alcoholic drinks, the person’s worldview changes, he accepts the possibility of life without alcohol. This treatment option includes:

  1. Dovzhenko's method. The impact on the patient under hypnosis is aimed at creating a barrier to the desire to drink alcoholic beverages, a feeling of aversion to taste and smell.
  2. Development of a reflex. Treatment is aimed at developing a negative association. When a person thinks about drinking, he understands that he will only get worse, and drinking is not a viable option for him.
  3. Reconstruction. The doctor, on a subconscious level, guides the patient through his life and convinces him that he does not need alcohol to be happy. They achieve effect by analyzing goals and achieving them by people.

What is coding for alcoholism

To eliminate a socially significant problem, several coding methods have been developed. Their effect is such that the alcoholic develops a conditioned reflex - a negative reaction to drinking alcohol. After coding, the drinking person experiences discomfort on a psychological level, because the craving for drinking remains, but he cannot drink. To get rid of alcohol addiction forever, it is necessary to find out the cause of the disease, therefore, after physically giving up drinking, it is important to cure the psyche. Any type of coding prevents alcohol consumption, but does not eliminate it.

Mechanism of action

What are the methods for coding alcoholism and how they work should be told to every drinker. Experts who block cravings for alcohol in one way or another are confident that each patient needs an individual approach. A method that will relieve one person from addiction is often completely ineffective for another. Each technique has its own mechanism of action, but they are all based on psychological suggestion, which suppresses the craving for alcohol.

During treatment, in one way or another, the doctor influences the patient’s subconscious, after which he becomes immune to alcohol. Sometimes one session is enough for a person to quit drinking for a long time, but there is one caveat - you need to endure from 3 to 20 days without alcohol, and not everyone can do this. After the procedure, the alcoholic does not enjoy drinking and the meaning of drinking alcohol disappears.

Esperal stitching

Coding using this method is similar to the previous method. The main difference is that a drug called Esperal is used for coding. This effective drug contains the substance disulfiram, which causes acute intoxication of the human body after interaction with ethyl alcohol. This coding method was developed by French doctors and began to be used in many European countries since the middle of the last century. In our country, this method began to be used almost immediately after the collapse of the Soviet Union.

Main advantages:

  • disulfiram causes a persistent aversion to alcoholic beverages in the patient;
  • the drug has been well studied, so doctors are well aware of possible side effects;

The validity period of the medicinal product ranges from one to five years.

This coding method has a number of disadvantages:

  • the possibility of psychosis, nervousness and irritability due to sudden cessation of alcohol;
  • Some patients may experience rejection of the drug capsule;
  • The procedure is not performed if you are hypersensitive to disulfiram.

Coding Torpedo

This method of coding alcoholism is based on the introduction of a special ampoule under the patient’s skin.
This ampoule contains a drug that, when taken with alcohol, has a toxic effect, causing temporary cessation of liver function and severe poisoning of the body. Because of the fear of losing health, a person suffering from alcoholism stops drinking the very next day after the procedure. At the moment, this is one of the fastest-acting coding methods, allowing the patient to return to a healthy and fulfilling life in a short time. This method has the following advantages:

  • the procedure for introducing the ampoule does not take much time;
  • a small scar from sewing in the capsule is invisible to others.

The disadvantages include:

  • the duration of the coding is limited by the validity period of the medicinal product;
  • coding can cause psychological problems caused by alcohol withdrawal.

Consequences of encoding

There is a popular belief that coding is dangerous not only for the patient, but also for his environment.
The myth about the aggressiveness and inadequacy of the person being coded is a universal misconception. If we take into account that a coded person gains more free time, which he spends in his right mind, it is possible that he will develop new passions and activities. What they will be like depends on the person’s temperament, character and inclinations. Encoding in no way changes a person’s understanding of the world, his attitude towards loved ones, and does not provoke outbursts of aggression.

The impact on the subconscious sphere is theoretically dangerous, since it is impossible to predict how a person will behave after the installation has been introduced into his brain. There are cases when, after coding, the patient began to drink even more. Therefore, the coding technique cannot be considered 100% protection against drunkenness.

Due to possible complications that the doctor is not able to predict, before the procedure the patient is asked to sign an agreement, which states that responsibility for all consequences after the procedure lies with the patient himself.

Coding for alcoholism is a method of influencing the human body, the safety of which has not yet been fully studied. However, in some cases, this method of eliminating dependency is the only possible solution to the problem.

Electroneurostimulation of the brain

One of the simplest and safest physiotherapeutic methods for getting rid of alcohol addiction is transcranial electrical stimulation of the brain (TES therapy). The essence of the method is the targeted effect of weak currents on the areas of the brain responsible for the production of endorphins. The procedure is simple: electrical impulses pass through electrodes attached to the patient’s head, activating the production of the joy hormone. As a result, the consequences of withdrawal syndrome are eliminated, the mental state improves, fears and depression disappear.

Electroneurostimulation

What it is

In narcology, coding for alcoholism is a method of treating addiction through suggestion based on physiology. The work is carried out primarily with the patient’s subconscious. So almost all techniques and techniques are borrowed from psychotherapy.

However, recently, programs have become widespread that claim that they do not affect the psyche and only affect brain structures. But it is not so. The neural connections they affect are responsible for the functioning of the central nervous system, cognitive abilities, feelings and emotions. And this is already the area of knowledge of psychotherapy.

First coding problem

Official medicine declares that all the rationales used by specialists involved in the treatment of alcoholism are pseudoscientific and have not been confirmed by any serious research. Nevertheless, many narcologists admit that psychotherapeutic approaches work in some cases and people get rid of addiction.

Second problem

As a rule, a person is coded by loved ones, since living with him becomes unbearable. However, he himself most often does not realize his illness, does not see the need for treatment and does not want it. And all methods are designed for the voluntary desire to get rid of addiction. This is the main reason for the ineffectiveness of the techniques used.

The term was introduced by A. R. Dovzhenko. It was he who began to practice coding for the first time. His method will be written in more detail below.

Neurolinguistic programming

NLP is another effective coding for alcoholism, which has been used around the world for more than forty years. The technique is effective, but lengthy and expensive. Having determined the most appropriate time for psychological impact, the specialist penetrates the patient’s subconscious, gradually reprogramming him to give up the addiction and enjoy a sober lifestyle.

You can use the method yourself by purchasing a course of audio programs and listening to them regularly.

Medicinal methods of coding for alcohol dependence

The most common method of treating chronic alcoholism is medication. It is used in state drug treatment clinics, private clinics and hospitals. The popularity of the technique lies in the ability to get rid of addiction in the shortest possible time. The use of an alcohol blocker gives a quick effect, and the effect lasts differently, depending on the method, dose and form of administration of the drug, as well as on the individual characteristics of the human body.

The disadvantages of the medicinal method include the emergence of dangerous situations: if a person nevertheless takes alcohol in search of endorphins, it can cost him his life. Advantages of treatment:

  • suitable for treatment of any stage of alcoholism;
  • the only way to treat alcohol overdose, alcohol poisoning and delirium tremens (delirium tremens);
  • effective in preventing relapse of the disease during maintenance therapy;
  • availability of drug administration techniques, availability of drugs in the pharmacy;
  • a wide range of administration techniques and dosage forms.

Brain opioid receptor inhibitors

Opioid receptors in the brain are responsible for the formation of euphoria in a state of intoxication. They can release special substances if they are in a free state. Inhibitor drugs (competitors) are able to bind to opioid receptors and protect them from the effects of ethyl alcohol. As a result of their use, when taking the next dose of alcohol, a person does not receive the usual euphoria, which makes drunkenness absolutely pointless.

The active ingredient in these medications is naltrexone. Inhibitors of brain opioid receptors are produced in various dosage forms: long-acting capsules, tablets, injection solutions. The most famous representatives of this pharmacological group are the drugs:

  • Antaxon;
  • Prodetoxone;
  • Revia;
  • Naloxone;
  • Narkanti;
  • Narcan;
  • Vivitrol.
Many modern tablets are recommended for sale without a prescription.

Toxicotherapy agents

Medicinal methods for coding alcoholism offer another way to quit drinking - taking drugs that have a strong toxic effect after drinking alcohol-containing drinks. The mechanism of action of these drugs is similar to the symptoms of alcohol intoxication, which manifest themselves many times more strongly. During toxicotherapy, the body's enzyme systems that neutralize the toxins of ethyl alcohol metabolism are blocked. Even with minimal consumption of ethanol-containing drinks, incompatibility mechanisms will be activated.

After drinking, a person will feel all the symptoms of poisoning in the body, which will discourage the desire to drink alcohol again. The method of drug administration is selected individually, depending on the type and stage of alcoholism. In acute conditions, Naltrexone tablets are prescribed, which allows maintaining the required dosage of the drug in the patient’s blood. In the stage of remission or to maintain the patient during treatment, subcutaneous stitching, intramuscular injections of gel-like substances or prolonged capsules of the drug Disulfiram or its analogues are performed.

11111111111111111111111Elena Malysheva: Alcoholism can be defeated! Save your loved ones, they are in serious danger!

Hypnosis

The classic method of coding for alcoholism is the method of hypnosis. The widespread use of elements of hypnosis led to the fact that the military was deliberately trained to resist this technique. This option is so good. Not all people are susceptible to hypnosis in the same way. Some are more sensitive, others are not. Women, due to hormonal levels and the functioning of the brain, are more susceptible to hypnotic effects than men. Therefore, this method is ideal for them.

Men are very sensitive to changes in physiology. The gag reflex and disgust are a critical factor in deciding whether to drink or not drink. Women endure toxicosis during pregnancy, discomfort during menstruation, pain during childbirth - their body is able to resist the feeling of nausea when drinking ethanol-containing drinks. But men are not accustomed to this, so hypnosis to create an aversion to alcohol is extremely effective for them.

The method is less effective on women

What conditions are required:

  • Again, the patient’s state of sobriety. If you're drunk, hypnosis can disrupt connections in your brain. Therefore, a person must be sober. If we talk about violent treatment methods, hospitals use plasmapheresis to cleanse the blood of toxins and ethanol compounds. And only after this is hypnosis prescribed.
  • Human predisposition to hypnotic influence. Depending on this, the degree of success of the method will fluctuate.
  • Trust in the doctor. The more a person trusts the person performing hypnosis, the more open his brain is to influence. Therefore, it is recommended to choose a doctor who will satisfy the patient. It is better to initially hold several series of meetings and conversations, during which the alcoholic is convinced of his own safety and the best intentions of the attending physician.

The good thing about the hypnotic effect is that the body is not physically exposed to any medications that cause vomiting when using ethanol together. The human brain is tuned to different ways of living. Often, an alcoholic cannot imagine life without alcohol, since this is the only way to relax and have fun. The centered life of a dependent person is fixated on the next dose of alcohol.

When a person goes to work or does housework, the only thing he thinks about is that it will all end and he can get drunk in the evening. An alcoholic cannot stop. It doesn't have a stopper. Such people drink as long as they remain conscious. Hypnosis blocks nerve impulses in the brain that cause pleasure. Therefore, there is no point in drinking anymore. Over time, the victim looks for other ways to enjoy life. And finds healthier alternatives, such as sports or hobbies.

Modern coding methods used in medicine

Now patients have at their disposal many methods and ways to get rid of the problem that bothers them. Qualified specialists will always help them choose the most suitable one for a specific person and specific situation.

Medication methods

These methods basically involve the use of medications that cause the patient to become intolerant to alcohol-containing liquids or simply negate the effect of drinking alcohol.

Taking tablet forms

Those who prefer tablets to an intramuscular injection can pay attention to drug therapy - it allows you to quickly and without unnecessary effort for the patient not only relieve withdrawal symptoms, but also makes it possible to effectively complement other treatment methods. Based on the type of effect, medications are divided into several categories:

Based on the type of effect, medications are divided into several categories:

  • relieving hangover syndrome;
  • having the ability to get rid of cravings for alcohol;
  • causing severe physical aversion to alcohol.

Quite effective, but expensive means that will help the patient forever forget what the desire to drink is. After taking such drugs, the patient becomes averse to drinking alcohol for a long time. And he cannot use it physically.

Drug treatment is the most optimal for those who want to get rid of the problem in a short time, and at the same time the most effective.

Injection of inhibitors

Intravenous injection of drugs that will increase the patient’s sensitization (sensitivity) to alcohol will cause a feeling of intolerance when you don’t even want to think about another drink.

This is due to the fact that any administered drug: Torpedo, Narcoron, Vivitrol is responsible for the accumulation of acetaldehyde (a toxic and dangerous metabolite of ethanol) to cause unpleasant consequences. But doing this uncontrollably is very dangerous for the patient’s body; it can cause serious consequences.

Sewing in various alcohol blockers

Sewing an ampoule is a fairly old method, known among patients and doctors for many decades. Its essence is that a certain drug is injected under the patient’s skin (usually sewn in), which, when the patient drinks alcohol, begins to release substances harmful to health. Accordingly, the alcoholic is guaranteed to vomit and other unpleasant consequences, which create a long-term aversion to drinking alcohol.

In more complex cases, the consequences can be more severe, including cerebral edema and heart attack. So the patient develops a persistent fear of drinking even a small amount of alcohol.

Psychotherapeutic methods

These methods include mental influence on the patient (for example, Dovzhenko’s method is based on hypnosis). There are many proprietary techniques, the use of which will help you get rid of the problem.

Hypnotherapy

Group and individual hypnosis produces truly amazing results. The only disadvantage of this technique may be that its success largely depends on the individual abilities of the doctor for hypnosis.

Hardware treatment

The essence of this method is the use of physiotherapeutic methods to combat addiction.

These methods include:

  • impulse-based therapy (convulsive and electropulse);
  • hyperthermic effects;
  • laser intervention.

All these methods are based on the impact on the patient’s brain of certain devices, with the help of which the activity of the centers in the brain that are responsible for the desire for alcohol is blocked.

Hardware encoding

This method is very often used by people who are insensitive to hypnosis or suggestion.
The essence of the technique is that the doctor influences certain areas of the patient’s brain in order to restore the normal functioning of the central nervous system. At the stage of addiction, a person can form a strong connection between alcohol and a feeling of complete satisfaction. Restoration of connections occurs by applying small discharge pulses. For this purpose, modern equipment is used, which successfully blocks the activity of the centers responsible for the desire for alcohol. Advantages of hardware treatment:

  • the treatment does not have any harmful effects on the patient’s body;
  • Possibility of use in combination with other treatment methods

Disadvantages of this technique:

  • treatment is not carried out in the presence of mental illnesses and nervous system disorders;
  • lack of effect in the presence of serious deviations and disturbances in the functioning of the nervous system.

How does neurolinguistic coding work?

The method of NLP treatment for alcoholism can be explained in other words, using a simpler and more down-to-earth method for a person’s everyday life. To do this, it is enough to compare human consciousness, and in particular the brain and all biologically important processes, with the structure of a computer or the Internet.

Like all technology, the brain has conditional RAM, that is, its own psyche. Human behavior can be compared to the activity of a machine. Any action in reality is the result of some kind of analysis in the conscious or subconscious. It is there that a certain number of programs are “stored”. Alcoholism also has its own analogy - it is on automatic trigger and when the body turns on (awakens) it automatically turns on this behavior.

Among all human behavior one can find positive programs. They are aimed at developing everyone’s creative potential and social activity. Wrong and negative behavior programs direct a person towards degradation, lack of desire and self-destruction.

Wrong and negative behavior programs direct a person to degradation

Neuropsychology presents various behavior patterns in the form of a construction set. Assembling them from sick people can be extremely unsuccessful - some cubes may be lost or damaged. The missing components of a proper structure can also be lost in the depths of the subconscious. The neuropsychologist’s task is to get them out and put them in their place. This helps to regain the lost taste for life and its meaning.

Negative sides of NLP

Programming can be different and affect the human brain both positively and negatively, detrimental to him. Therefore, it is worth choosing only proven and proven specialists who will direct the program and motivate the alcoholic to recover and continue to live a sober life.

If you still decide to be cured with the help of NLP, then you need to adhere to some recommendations regarding the choice of a specialist:

  • The expert must have all the necessary certificates according to which he has the right to use neurolinguistic programming techniques. The specialist must also have a diploma in drug addiction.
  • Before psychological exposure, preliminary preparation of the patient should be carried out, aimed at tuning it. If this does not happen, then this doctor has no education and is simply a fraudster.
  • There should be demonstration materials everywhere that clearly show the process and effectiveness of the technique. If this is not the case, then the doctor in front of you is a charlatan.
  • If a doctor is trying to prove his uniqueness to the patient and entices him in every possible way, then you should think about his work. As a rule, competent specialists do not behave this way.
  • It is best to look for your doctor through reviews of recovered alcoholics. A clear example is the best advice and assistant in choosing a psychotherapist.

Possible consequences

Information about the consequences is conflicting. Depending on the coding method for alcoholism, they are different. Severe consequences occur due to:

  • drinking alcohol;
  • incorrectly selected treatment method;
  • exceeding the dosage of a medicinal substance;
  • non-compliance with the rules of care for the place where the drug was administered;
  • individual intolerance to a specific therapy;
  • ignoring concomitant mental and somatic diseases.

There can be all sorts of consequences for what is encoded:

  • nausea, dizziness, increased blood pressure immediately after coding;
  • upset stomach, headache the first days after coding;
  • mental disorders;
  • brain problems;
  • damage to the kidneys, liver;
  • abscess at the injection site or stitching;
  • memory and sleep disturbances.

The main, most terrible consequences occur if a large amount of alcohol is consumed after coding. These are convulsions, respiratory arrest, coma, death. Therefore, it is important to avoid drinking alcohol until the effect of the medicinal substance wears off.

How to choose the right encoding method

Alcohol dependence is treated in various ways: these include the use of medications, as well as multiple methods of psychological correction of the patient’s condition.

The selection of a method is carried out only by a narcologist and depends solely on the type of personality, the degree of suggestibility (that is, an indicator that characterizes how well a person can be hypnotized), as well as the intellectual integrity of cognitive functions.

As a rule, emotional stress therapy works great, but in some cases the 12-step program helps better. But keep in mind that if a person himself does not want to get rid of addiction, no technique will help him.

Hypnosis is one of the most effective methods of coding, and in this case the narcologist will act on the subconscious of the sick person. Hypnosis can only be performed on a sober patient who has not drunk strong drinks for a long period of time before the session.

In fairness, it should be noted that there are patients for whom hypnosis once and for all helped get rid of addiction, while for others it alleviated the condition only for a year or a little more, then they had to be encoded again.

Nowadays, a modern method is being actively promoted - laser encoding, but this treatment has a number of disadvantages, the most important of which is the fragility of the effect it has on the human body. Even those alcoholics who do not go into binge drinking will have to repeat this coding several times during the year.

Some narcologists practice the Bekhterev treatment method, but it is effective only in cases where the cognitive functions of the central nervous system are not affected (that is, it helps individuals who have not yet been completely degraded).

Some “psychotherapists” offer coding over the phone or via Skype, but most narcologists are skeptical about these methods. With this method, to achieve the desired result, it is necessary to establish personal, visual contact, as well as passing special tests, which “therapy by telephone” or online will not allow, by definition.

Remember that an ideal and universal method cannot exist; you must always approach the solution of a problem individually.

Dovzhenko method

Conversations with a medical professional and hypnosis make sense only if the addict himself wants to get rid of the disease. A common psychological therapy is Dovzhenko’s effective stress method. Developed by a Soviet and Ukrainian psychiatrist, narcologist and psychotherapist, the process consists of communicating with the patient; without the use of hypnosis, it is considered the best. Without introducing the patient into hypnosis, you can communicate with him, get an answer about the sensations, thereby increasing the meaning of the process and making psychotherapy useful.

The doctor dictates suggestions about the need to stop drinking alcohol, constantly arguing that it is harmful to health and is difficult for loved ones to tolerate. Life deteriorates and loses its meaning. The technique is carried out in stages, starting with a personal one-on-one conversation with a specialist, and then group classes are held. They discuss in detail the advantages of a sober and healthy lifestyle. A clear, necessary attitude is strengthened, which is the coding of alcohol dependence.

Medication methods

When using this method, the patient is given a special drug that is incompatible with alcohol, as a result of which the person cannot drink alcohol. Not every patient can be coded using psychotherapeutic techniques, and medication gives quick results.

It is considered relatively expensive and is due to the fact that the addict requires constant use of expensive pharmaceutical products. The obvious disadvantage of medication coding is that in the event of a breakdown, it is difficult to predict the outcome. Most often, severe health consequences occur, and in the worst case, death. This method is used at any stage of the disease of alcohol dependence, it is used as active therapy, and in special cases - to relieve acute manifestations of the disease.

Indications and contraindications

The indications for drug coding are:

  • ;
  • chronic manifestation of alcoholism.

However, people with satisfactory health indicators and no excluding factors can afford this treatment option.

Contraindications for the medicinal coding method:

  • diseases of the cardiovascular system;
  • severe pathologies of the liver and kidneys;

Drugs used

Drug nameRelease formCharacteristic
Disulfiram

Tablets, solution for administration (intramuscular).The action of the drug is aimed at blocking enzymes involved in the breakdown of ethanol.
After drinking alcohol, the body produces acetaldehyde, which provokes poisoning, vomiting, panic attacks, pressure surges and other unpleasant symptoms.

Prescribed in short cycles.

Colma

Solution for internal useSpanish drug of high cost. The principle of action is similar to Disulfiram with milder consequences.
Can be used to treat a patient for six months.

Contains cyanamide. There is no taste or smell.

Tetlong-250

Solution for parenteral administrationDomestic form of Disulfiram with a slow absorption process.
With regular use, it is deposited in the tissues, thus maintaining the duration of action.

Negative manifestations are similar to disulfiram, but only with less severity.

Coding conditions

The procedure is feasible subject to full compliance with the following conditions:

  1. Alcohol abstinence before the session. The period of abstinence is determined individually.
  2. Absolute consent of the patient. Treatment is not permitted without the patient's wishes.
  3. No contraindications.

How does the encoding process work?

Patients begin treatment by talking with a doctor. As the conversation progresses, the specialist finds out what prompted the patient to regularly drink alcohol and whether the desire to be encoded is sincere. If there are no psychological or physical reasons for refusing treatment, the doctor proceeds with the procedure.

How to code for alcohol use using medications:

  • the patient is sutured with an alcohol blocker under the skin;
  • the drug is administered intravenously;
  • the patient takes the drug in tablet form.

Encoding contraindications

This helps the healthcare professional determine the type of coding required. This procedure, like other medical manipulations, has a strong impact on human health and has temporary and absolute contraindications:

  1. Diseases of the cardiovascular system (myocardial infarction or history of strokes, coronary heart disease, hypertension).
  2. Mental personality disorders.
  3. Convulsive syndrome, epilepsy.
  4. Disturbances in the functioning of the endocrine system (diseases of the thyroid or pancreas).
  5. Hepatitis, liver cirrhosis.
  6. Pregnancy.

If, when visiting a drug treatment clinic, the patient is in a state of binge drinking, then before coding it is necessary to withdraw from it and cleanse the blood of the breakdown products of alcoholic beverages. After the examination, the doctor decides to use one or more coding tools for alcoholism.

Coding principle

The procedure refers to psychotherapeutic techniques for developing an attitude towards the body’s negative attitude towards alcoholic beverages. The program is established through hypnosis. The duration of the procedure does not exceed 20 minutes, but it can be carried out only after a month of abstinence from alcohol.

The principle of encoding is the development of a conditioned reflex that prevents the flow of ethanol from the outside. To form denial, a vomiting reaction and psychological rejection are used. The mechanism of action depends on the method used.

Before the procedure, the person is introduced to the possible consequences, the cost, duration, and course of therapy are determined. The client signs a contract for the provision of services, which states that if the regime is violated (drinking alcohol), severe symptoms will occur, including death. Indeed, with psychotherapeutic coding, even 30 ml of alcohol will lead to severe poisoning, which is due to a nervous reaction in response to the arrival of the product. Despite the apparent simplicity and speed of coding, only 20% of patients manage to achieve complete cure. A significant drawback of the method is long-term therapy of the disease.

Encoding complications

With proper examination and selection of the optimal treatment principle, complications are minimized. But most ways to resist addiction abruptly end the craving for alcohol. Which, of course, is good, this is the goal of therapy, but at the same time it is difficult for the body to adapt to the changes, and it was also not easy to tolerate the breakdown products of ethanol.

The patient experiences symptoms of complications:

  • Hard tolerable consequences of intoxication are nausea and vomiting, dizziness and headaches, increased blood pressure.
  • Memory or sleep is disturbed.
  • Dangerous consequences include disruption of the brain, liver and kidneys. Increasing mental disorders.

More often this happens when there are gross violations of the narcologist’s instructions. The patient breaks down and drinks a dose of alcohol, turning a blind eye to the recent coding. This gives impetus to the development of convulsive symptoms, suffocation and ultimately leads to death. In summary, coding will bring success when the addict himself is fully aware of the problem and sincerely wants to begin to follow the path of a sober and happy life. Also important in treatment is the person’s environment; loved ones should be sensitive and support the relative throughout the treatment.

Psychotherapeutic methods

If for some reason the patient is not suitable for drug coding, psychotherapeutic methods of coding for alcoholism will come to his aid. Here the main task of the psychotherapist is to create a trusting relationship with the patient in order to create the necessary attitude towards giving up alcohol and living without an addiction.

Dovzhenko method

According to many experts, the best way to code alcoholism is the method of A. R. Dovzhenko. The uniqueness of the method is that the alcoholic is conscious the entire time he communicates with a specialist. The action of the method is not based on an aversion to alcohol, but on the acceptance of the attitude that alcohol ruins the life of both the patient himself and his loved ones.

The technique consists of a step-by-step influence on the patient’s consciousness. First, these are individual conversations with a doctor, during which, among other things, the degree of suggestibility of a person is determined. Then group classes are held, where the specialist sets the patients up for a successful outcome of therapy and reinforces in their minds the advantages of a sober lifestyle.

This method has the greatest effect if the alcoholic has a sincere desire to give up a harmful addiction.

Hypnosis according to Rozhnov

Another effective method of coding alcoholism is emotional-stress hypnotherapy according to the original method of V. E. Rozhnov. The method involves classes in small groups (no more than 15 participants) and is based on emotional suggestion, including simultaneously an order, condemnation and support. In this case, the doctor’s personality and his ability to influence different people by controlling only his voice are very important. The relationships that develop within the group also play a significant role.

The duration of one session is 1.5 – 2 hours. To obtain a lasting result, depending on the complexity of the situation, it may take from 10 to 12 meetings. The exact number of sessions is determined by a specialist.

Laser coding

Very young technology, but has positive reviews. The general appearance of this procedure appears to be unusual acupuncture. Instead of needles, laser beams are used that act on biological active points of the body. Minimal electromagnetic radiation passes through them. A course of 10 sessions of half an hour reduces the craving for addiction.

Such a fruitful, but not traditional method, due to the peculiarity of its effect on the patient, has contraindications. People with cancer, diabetes, and mental disorders should consider other options to combat addiction.

CODING

Before considering the psychotechnics of coding psychophysiological reactions and human behavior, let’s get acquainted with the theory of the “functional system” by Peter Anokhin.

According to Anokhin, any purposeful activity is preceded by decision-making through analysis and synthesis of afferent information, which has four sources and unequal meanings: biological motivation (instinctive needs - food, sexual, defensive, etc.), situational afferentation (environmental conditions), trigger afferentation ( direct stimulus of the reaction) and memory (information recorded by life experience).

Afferent synthesis ends with the formation of an action program, which consists of two fundamentally different elements: an efferent action program, i.e., a certain sequence of a set of nerve commands received by actuators - effectors (skeletal muscles, glands, internal organs); an acceptor of the result of an action, i.e., a neural model of the proposed result to which this action should lead.

The implementation of an action program leads to a result that is assessed by the body using reverse afferentation, i.e. feedback. This link closes a complex open arc into a ring. Information about the actual result obtained is compared with the prediction encoded in the action result acceptor. If the result obtained corresponds to the expected one, this “functional system” ceases to exist, since this means that the goal set before the organism has been achieved.

According to the concept of functional systems, encoding is an intervention in afferent synthesis. The model of the mental state is formed in the SC - this is a functional system, temporarily stabilized to obtain a “focused useful result”, from the point of view of the inspired image or motive. Afferent synthesis proceeds in the following directions:

– the consequences of coding inhibit real impulses and disactualization;

– engrams of a particular state are purposefully activated, which can be both the result of direct experience and the result of the experience of others.

Intervention in the sphere of motivation can be indirect, when a mental state is formed and one or another motive is naturally included, or direct - during coding.

Based on activated engrams and motives, a corresponding acceptor of the result of an action and an action program are created, which includes the preparation of the internal environment of the body and systems that form external activity. In this case, the possible influence of residual real impulse and motivation should be taken into account. It can be especially significant in shallow SCs, as well as in cases where the real impulse is for some reason extremely strong. Most often, the influence to a certain extent depends on the functional support of the action program. In these cases, there is something in between the coded (suggested) and real influence. Therefore, the suggestible effect can be greater, the less contradictory impulses come from the environment (L. Grimak, 1988).

Now let's look at some general issues of information coding.

Information impacts on the human body are divided into external and internal or biological. Previously, we examined the biological (internal) information impact and analyzed the following components in it: genetic information, immunological information and operational (nervous) internal information. Now let’s look at the technique of organizing and using external information for effective targeted influence on the human body.

The theory and practice of information SC therapy confirmed Bekhterev’s brilliant discoveries that the main psychotechnical method of targeted coding information influence on a person is the method of creating an artificial informational automatic physiological shift (in Russia, due to Bekhterev’s premature death, this method is better known as the method of forming a conditioned reflex ).

An artificial information automatic physiological shift is automatic due to its fixed features, which in information SC therapy include:

1) an information signal acting on any sense organ with any content of program code must necessarily contain, in parallel, vital information for a given person;

2) the introduction of an informational, highly emotionally charged program code must be combined with the simultaneous stimulation of one of the main human instincts in the phase of its maximum aggravation, suggesting a powerful subsequent reaction of the body in inextricable automatic (unconscious) unity with the embedded code;

3) for rigid fixation of information and its “work” in the body, a healthy brain is needed, especially the cerebral cortex;

4) the reliability of coding increases sharply with the number of procedures and the depth of the SC;

5) the efficiency of coding increases sharply in the presence of human actors who demonstrate the high effectiveness of the method (the phenomenon of imitation) at all its stages;

6) coding efficiency increases when the information programming procedure is combined with a direct electrical or chemical stimulus to the corresponding areas of the brain;

7) the encoding program can be of a step-by-step nature, with time intervals, and first they achieve any individually stable positive reaction, and then build on this for further input of basic information, and then the body “misses” it;

8) coding is more successful when information works through all or several receptors simultaneously: visual, auditory, olfactory, gustatory, tactile, temperature, pain, etc.;

9) with an increase in the strength or informational significance of the code, the physiological effect it causes increases only up to a certain limit of the intensity of stimulation. Further intensification of irritation leads to a decline and complete disappearance of the physiological effect due to the phenomenon of protective (exorbitant) inhibition; a person may become numb or fall into a state of stupor - complete immobility.

In SC science, there are two types of coding – individual and collective. In addition, there are: coding in reality, coding in the SC, coding in waking states and in a dream, indirect (correspondence) coding, coding with a delayed effect, fractional (intermittent) coding, coding using special procedures or drugs, etc.

Coding is a harsh imperative suggestion, which is a stressful type of psychological influence on a person. Coding can be performed both in the usual waking state of consciousness of the suggestible person, and in the SC, both with the use of pharmacology and without any additional measures.

Here are several types of basic psychotechniques used in modern SC science.

1. The suggestible person stands facing the SC specialist, legs and feet together, arms along the body. The suggestible person stands opposite at arm's length and puts his right leg slightly back, and with the fingers of his palms he lightly touches the suggestible person's temples, while the palms cover the suggestible person's peripheral vision. The suggestor invites the suggestible to look intently, without blinking, into the pupil of his left eye, while he carefully and without blinking focuses his gaze and full attention on the pupil of the suggestee’s right eye (or between the eyebrows). Then, after 5-10 seconds of a fixed position, the suggestor orders in a clear and firm voice: “I will now slowly move my hands back, and you will be pulled forward behind them! Is the order clear to you?! So, I slightly pull your temples forward, and you are pulled forward! Don't resist! Don't think about anything! Fall!" With these words, the suggestor smoothly transfers the weight of his body from the front (left) leg to the back (right), and with his fingers he slightly pulls the suggestee towards himself - forward. Next comes the main point of the entire procedure. If the person being suggested hardly reacted to the suggestion and does not move forward at all, then you should immediately (in time!) feel his light resistance with your fingers and then instantly, a little harder, imperceptibly, but actually forcibly, pull the “enemy” towards you, and then, smiling, quickly move his head back into place and comment: “Very good! You have a normal, like everyone else, very good reaction! I am sure that now we will succeed!”

In the event that the suggestible person reacted well to the command without any resistance and almost fell forward onto the suggestor, he should be supported, returned to his original position and commented on with the same above words.

The importance of this stage of the procedure is that the encoder does not have the right to “fail,” since the subsequent code will not work due to the loss of trust in it on the part of the suggestible.

Therefore, whether the “enemy” falls forward or not, it is necessary to make it look like he is “falling.” That is why the encoder must feel the resistance in time and imperceptibly simply pull the “enemy” forward so that it looks outwardly as if it really happened. In an atmosphere of slight excitement, the “enemy” can never distinguish whether he was really pulled, or whether someone pulled him. Everything happens suddenly, quickly, there is no time to analyze what happened, and the “enemy,” listening to the encoder’s comment, perceives everything that happens as he is told, so he subsequently has difficulty following the details and is absolutely sure that the suggested commands were precisely his sensations and that his actually pulled forward slightly following the coder's fingers. So, having completed the test preparation, the encoder makes a decision about the main stage of coding - entering code information. If suggestibility turned out to be so high that the suggestible person’s body followed the encoder’s fingers well and completely fell onto his chest, then one should proceed to the main stage of encoding. And if the test shows that the suggestible person is insufficiently sensitive to suggestion, then the main coding text should be temporarily put aside and 5-10 daily two-hour sessions should be performed to increase suggestibility, and only when the suggestibility of the “enemy” increases to the required level of response, the main coding text can be entered. This is the only way to be sure that the code will work. And then, there are times when coding has to be repeated.

The text of the main coding is introduced into the brain of the suggestible as follows. The encoder again establishes the starting position and, in a harsh, emotionally rich, imperative tone, in the form of sharp, short phrases repeated several times, introduces the information-code into the brain of the suggestible. The text of the code must begin and end with certain psychotechnical phrases, and in each specific case, depending on the purpose of coding, only the “filling” of the code changes:

“You listen very carefully to every word I say!” There is nothing! There is only my voice and my orders! My orders are firmly and forever embedded in your brain and consciousness! You obey me completely! My orders are your salvation! (The text code follows, after the code there is a pause of 10–20 seconds). So, my orders are recorded in your brain for life! And right now, from this minute, as soon as I say the number 7 and remove my fingers from your temples, my orders will begin to work, and your brain will completely carry out everything that I ordered it! You and I are absolutely sure of this! So – seven!“ And the encoder removes his fingers from the temples of the suggestible person and invites him to sit silently in a chair, relax and rest for 5-10 minutes (with his eyes closed).

2. I present the second coding technique for a collective coding session, for example, for therapeutic purposes.

The doctor individually, on visiting days, receives patients, tests them and, depending on their initial suggestibility, completes two groups - one main, and the second preparatory. 20–50 people with increased initial suggestibility are recruited into the main group, and those with low suggestibility are sent to the preparatory group to increase it. There is a constant recruitment from the preparatory group into the main groups, or the patient is rejected if there is no effect of a sharp change in his suggestibility. The same doctor must work in the preparatory and main groups. The preparatory group can accommodate hundreds of people at the same time, who then get into the next main coding group.

The main groups are formed as they are completed, depending on the number of people willing to encode. In our UNESCO center, groups are formed for various purposes: from alcoholism, from drug addiction, from smoking, from excess weight, to improve memory, to develop musical abilities, to develop sports abilities, to develop literary abilities, to develop artistic abilities, to develop strong-willed qualities, for the development of dowsing capabilities, for the development of x-ray vision, treatment groups for various diseases, for the development of intelligence in children, for the development of imagination, for the development of parapsychological abilities, for the development of extrasensory abilities, for the development of healing abilities, for the development of logical and analytical abilities, on the ability for self-regulation, on the ability to self-medicate, on the development of absolute strength, reaction, speed, speed-strength qualities, the ability to play chess, on improving the emotional state (getting rid of states of depression, depression, etc.), on increasing body length ( growth), improving stretching and flexibility, the ability to instantly mobilize and much more.

So, having selected 20–50 people, the nurse seats everyone in an oval hall in high chairs in two or three rows in a semicircle. The doctor's table is located at a distance of 5–7 meters, slightly behind the center of the circle, so that each patient can clearly see the doctor's face. Then the nurse conducts presuggestive preparation - she stands at the table and announces: “Dear friends!” Today you will meet with... (the following are the titles and titles of the doctor, indicating his generally recognized high professional authority).

When the doctor comes in, you will have to look into his eyes carefully for 15 minutes, without blinking, until the end of the coding procedure. You can’t move, you can’t think about anything extraneous! You must keep your gaze and all your attention firmly on the doctor’s face and voice! Now get ready to code! Sit comfortably, reclining, relax as much as possible!

The head rests calmly on the back of the chair. Now carefully fix your calm gaze on this table lamp for a few minutes.” (At these words, the nurse points to a dim, dim purple lamp in the middle of the doctor’s table. There is no other light in the room. The windows are curtained. Absolute silence. The nurse leaves the office).

After 10 minutes, the doctor comes in, sits with his face over the lamp and orders him to look from the lamp to his eyes, not to blink and to listen carefully to his every word. Then the doctor performs coding (in this case, the light from the lamp very specifically illuminates the doctor’s face and eyes from below). Patients close their eyes and rest silently for 10 minutes, then a large bright light is turned on, everyone gets up, the session is over, soft, pleasant music is turned on, the patients gradually disperse...

3. The third version of the technique, softer than the previous ones, takes into account the recommendations of Bekhterev, Freud, Dubois, Erickson and V.M. Kandyba. This technique differs in that the introduction of information into the brain of the “suggestible” is carried out using the method of evidence-based, targeted analytical-logical persuasion. Considering the thoughts of Jesus and V.M. Kandyba that the process of any treatment, as well as the process of any influence on a person, can be reduced to the process of re-education of his personality, you should familiarize yourself in detail with the life history of the suggested person. In this way, a person’s “sins” are revealed - that is, morally incorrect actions, statements and thoughts. Next, the SC specialist, in an ethically acceptable and morally sound package, sets out his convincing and logically demonstrative arguments for the specific wrongness of the “suggested” and sets out the conditions and recommendations for moral self-purification, which necessarily leads to spiritual and moral recovery, and after a short time (sometimes immediately) to a miraculous resolution of all problems, and in cases of illness - to a complete and lasting physical recovery. As a result of “re-education,” a person must first of all develop an optimistic worldview; he must be offered a morally justified “way out” of the circumstances around him. In addition to a sharp change and increase in the personal emotional background, the suggestible should be instilled with a strong and fruitful faith in the real achievement of the proposed code goals with the real achievement of visible and obvious intermediate results.

In my father's medical practice, I saw him treat scientifically incurable diseases using the above method. It was like a half-sermon, a story about modern politics, a presentation of some parables and, like, extraneous instructive stories from one’s practice, at times a harsh suggestion, but mostly a sincere, joyful interview. The fact is that all those who turned recovered completely and became completely different people; for some reason, many automatically discovered the gift of healing other people, and previously unknown creative abilities appeared (musical, poetic, etc.). But there were cases when the father refused a healing conversation during the conversation itself, if he noticed deception and elementary disrespect for the moral principles of Russian society on the part of the person who addressed him. In these cases, he said that the sky is powerless here, the mind is clouded, a psychiatrist is needed, not a healer.

5. This is a modern technique of rational coding in reality, which is usually used immediately after SC sessions, when those present still have a state of increased suggestibility caused by the previous trance. The coding technique comes down to a conversation during which the suggestor explains to the suggestible the reason for his condition and his complaints, while pointing out the reversible nature of all “troubles” and calls on the suggestible to change his attitude towards the “troubles” that concern him and the circumstances associated with them, and most importantly - the suggestible person must stop constantly fixing his attention on the complaints he has. Therefore, the more the suggestible perceives and realizes with his mind coding suggestions, the greater and more reliable their effect. In this method, the encoder strives to activate the analytical-synthetic activity of the suggestible with alternating harsh psychological influence, when the associative process to a certain extent lends itself and is rearranged in accordance with the content of the code, which the suggestible perceives as something irresistible and obligatory to fulfill, but felt as his own thoughts, installations and solutions. In this method, the appearance, authority and personality of the encoder are of great importance, since all of his argumentation must be assimilated by the suggestible without resistance.

5. In this method of mine, encoding is performed in the active CS. The person being coded sits on a chair with a straight body and head.

Hands rest gently on your thighs or knees, palms down. The coder approaches from the right and places his left hand on the back of the coded person's head. The encoder orders in a quiet but very firm voice to look straight ahead, without blinking, for 10–20 seconds.

Then he loudly orders: “Please close your eyes!” - and simultaneously with the words he places his right palm on the eyes of the person being coded. Then, with his right hand, the coder makes a sliding touch to the hands of the person being coded and begins with both hands to make vertical passes along the body and head of the person being coded, spreading cool air. Simultaneously with the beginning of the passes, a strict order follows: “Achieve lightness throughout your whole body!” Lightness and airiness! Try harder! Your hands come off your knees and float up!

I'm helping you! (And it helps if your hands don’t work). Fine! Very good! From now on, you are completely subordinate to me! All my words enter into you and begin to work right now! “Then the encoder places his left hand firmly on the back of the head of the person being coded, and his right hand on the area between the eyebrows and performs the encoding. After coding, the person is taken out of the SC and rests silently for 10–15 minutes.

6. In this method, encoding is performed in passive CS. The person to be encoded is placed on the couch, the music is turned on, and according to one of the classic SC techniques, the person to be encoded is introduced in the required time (from several minutes to several hours) into the required depth of the SC. This is followed by encoding and output from the SC.

7. This coding technique is performed in a natural sleep state. Sleep is a complexly organized functional state of the body, characterized by the presence of a cyclic alternation of the phases of slow-wave sleep (SWS) and rapid eye movement sleep (REM). During FMS, the rhythm of breathing and cardiac activity slows down, and slow waves appear on the EEG.

During FBS, dreams occur and rapid eye movements, variability, and irregularity of vegetative manifestations (pulse, breathing, etc.) are observed, and the EEG is similar to wakefulness with the difference that bursts of alpha waves in the occipital region are 1–2 Hz less in frequency, than during wakefulness, low-voltage activity is detected; flashes of sharp waves with a frequency of 2–3 per second in the central region of the cortex, lasting several seconds and associated in time with rapid eye movements. In medicine, Kugler’s classification of sleep stages is accepted (Table 1; see next page).

It is generally accepted that the brain structures responsible for the regulation of the sleep-wake cycle, as well as the alternation of FMS and FBS, are located in the brain stem. FBS alternates with FMS 4–5 times per night and lasts 6–8 minutes, the first period 45–90 minutes after falling asleep. During sleep, the sleeper may experience selective sensitivity to certain stimuli, which is explained by the presence of a “guard point” through which the sleeper can maintain rapport with the outside world.

Table 1. Sleep stages according to EEG criteria

Alpha (a) – 8-13 per/sec. Beta (P) – 13 per/sec.

Theta (0) – 4–7.5 per/sec. Delta (5) – 0.52-3.5 per/sec.

Such sleep is considered to be partial, and the phenomenon of “rapport” is a physiological coding mechanism. Rapport occurs if a person falls asleep while receiving speech and does not lose contact with the source of speech. To establish rapport, special psychotechnics are used. The coder sits down in the first or last hour of sleep at the head of the sleeping person and slowly orders several times in a whisper: “You are sleeping!” Don't wake up! Listen and remember my words well! In the morning, when you wake up, you will remember everything (You can order it differently so that you don’t remember, but the code worked; or you remember, but only after a specified period). Keep sleeping! Sleep deeper! My voice doesn't interfere with sleep! Sleep! Sleep and remember! Sleep deeper!., (pause 1–2 minutes). Your brain and body are completely subordinate to me! Your right hand (and the touch of your right hand follows) is light, weightless and floats up! Fine! And it goes down smoothly! Fine". Next, the encoder transfers the dream into a passive SC and performs encoding.

By the way, my father used this technique to develop imagination, the ability to develop SC-2, develop any other abilities, fight bad habits, treat various diseases and LR-8. This coding technique is performed in narcosleep.

Coding in narcosleep is used for non-hypnotizable people and in other difficult cases. Narcosone is induced by intravenously administering, very slowly, 2–8 ml of a 10% solution of pentonal, barbamyl (sodium amytal), sodium hydroxybutate, 10 ml of a 10% solution. Having reached the desired depth of sleep, they maintain it for several minutes by slowly injecting a sleeping pill without removing the needle from the vein. Encoding is performed at the same time. Then the needle is removed and the person is allowed to sleep. If the coder does not have special experience in drug coding, then you should know that drug sleep should be of medium depth, since a light degree or deep degree is ineffective for coding.

You can transfer narcosleep into passive SK (by floating your hand) or SK-2 (sees pictures).

Inexperienced hypnotists should know that doses are a relative thing, as is the time of response of a sleeping pill. It should also be borne in mind that the phenomenon of “narco-catharsis” is possible, when the person being coded begins to scream, tear, cry, laugh, etc.

Psychology bookap

An option is also possible when they are first introduced into the SC, and then given a sleeping pill or drug to deepen it (ether, chloroform anesthesia, mescaline, psilocybin, LSD - lysergic acid diethylamide, etc.). and then follows the coding procedure.

In conclusion of this chapter, it should be said that there are many other methods of encoding, but they all boil down to one technique - first inducing increased receptivity, and only then follows the encoding procedure.

The danger of self-decoding

Patients are always worried about what will happen if they take alcoholic beverages during the “code” period. In fact, it is impossible to predict the consequences. They can be either almost imperceptible or very dangerous.

It happens that a person starts drinking again and does not notice any negative changes in his health, and only after a year or two his hearing disappears, his vision sharply decreases, a mental disorder occurs, etc. Also, independent decoding is fraught with the development of stroke, heart attack and other fatal dangerous pathologies.

Therefore, there is no need to take specialized effects on the psyche lightly. If you decide to take it, be determined not to drink until the expiration date. If the craving for alcohol increases, visit a psychotherapist - he will strengthen the “code”.
